Waited at the counter for 5+ minutes for someone to take our order. No one else inside or at the drive thru. Bunch of kids working around the counter, order was taken by a young girl wearing a Dairy Queen shirt, red, plaid, fleece pajama pants and UGG slippers. Waited 20 minutes for our food and we ended up having to holler for someone to give it to us because it was under the food lamp the whole time. The food portion is horrendous. Very poor customer service. Never coming here again.

I worked at a DQ for 4 years in high school, so I know what I’m about to say may seem rude. But, this is genuinely the most pathetic location I have ever been to. There has NEVER been anyone over the age of 16 working then any time I have came to order food. I have never gotten exactly what I ordered, always missing something. I waited for 25 minutes today with 1 car in front of me to even get to the window. I order a chicken strip basket with cheese curds and I recieved a basket with about 40 onion rings and 2 chicken strips. I am not joking. I couldn’t even go back to get the correct food because the line was so long. The drive thru line is always at least 30-45 minutes long no matter how many cars are in line. I get it, I was 16 once and wanted to have fun with my friends at work, but this is an obvious sign of poor management. Reading other reviews tells me this location has been struggling for years to fix these issues. It isn’t worth their time I suppose. I hate to complain because I have been in their shoes, but at the VERY least make sure your employees aren’t wearing pajamas at the counter guys.

I ordered 2 cupcakes and a mini blizzard. I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru, no one in front of me. The cupcakes were just ice cream and some crunch The blizzard was melted. There is no reason I should wait 15 minutes for melted ice cream and barely a cupcake… If I wanted melted soup and vanilla ice cream, I would be so happy! Absolutely ridiculous

I had to repeat my order three times for a single item, a chocolate Blizzard, which should not be complicated. While waiting, an employee in the back was loudly yelling obscenities, including repeated use of the F-word and inappropriate comments about someone’s sister. That kind of language in a customer-facing environment is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of professionalism.
To make matters worse, my Royal Choco Blizzard was not prepared correctly. The fudge was supposed to be layered in the center, but instead it was sitting at the bottom, defeating the entire point of the item.
Overall, the service, atmosphere, and attention to basic standards were disappointing. I will not be returning to this location. I would rather drive to Cheat Lake, where the staff consistently demonstrates professionalism, courtesy, and proper customer service.

Ordered two 4pc chicken strip meals to find out drinks are extra. The gravy was literally icing consistency & was charged $0.50 for each one. This location is the worst DQ in the east. Apparently the owner of this franchise NEVER visits location. The chicken strip were really 4 nuggets & the fries tasted like they were fried yesterday. Tossed the food in the trash & will not ever visit this location again.

I have been to this Dairy Queen before, and never had an issue. That being said, today, I went and ordered a small cookie dough and peanut butter Blizzard. As you can see in the first photo, it looks like they didn’t even mix it up, and in the second, they didn’t even put enough cookie dough or peanut butter in it to make it to the bottom. There was maybe 5 pieces of cookie dough, and barely any peanut butter. This is absurd, and will definitely take my patronage elsewhere!

four employees were in the store. Had to wait for someone to come to the register for quite a while. Person that arrived at long hair didn’t look clean and had some type of a cap on. This person did not know how to use the register. I paid for a seven dollar blizzard. Poor product. Mostly just vanilla ice cream. Couple behind the order two Sundays. They were served melting with the chocolate dripping down the side onto the counter. There was no hello or thank you at all from any employee. Topping counter was completely filthy. Topping was pouring out of every different flavor. Very sloppy.

Can’t tell you how the food was because no one ever took my order. Waited almost 10 minutes and no one came to the front counter. The employees saw us standing there. Finally left. There were no customers in the restaurant.
