I ordered an ice cream cake yesterday and I had them put dinosaurs on it. It was the cutest cake ever. My grandson loved it. He is 4 and can’t stop talking about the volcano and dinosaurs. Thank you so much whoever took your time on our cake and made so memorable.

The drive-thru exit is dangerous as it is narrow with curbs on both sides- you are forced into Lafayette avenue and only able to go Northbound. If you go inside the establishment you will be welcomed with pungent smell of sulfur and rotten milk- even if you see an employee has just mopped. No one wants to work there understandably so the staff is mostly high school children who lack customer service skills (understandably) and you will get your order whenever they are ready to give it to you don’t blame them at all- I get it- just expect to be waiting 10-20 minutes. They will not even begin pick-up orders until you’ve made your presence known. It will take a few minutes to be acknowledged on counter. Everytime I get a drink carrier it is flimsy, wet, and ripped. One day a female manager was talking to a younger male employee criticizing the length of his hair and trying to demand he get a haircut. Asking when he thinks he will get his paycheck, have time, etc to go to Great Clips. She had longer hair than he did and in 2022 it’s not appropriate to discriminate based on someone’s appearance.

I am not happy with Dairy Queen today. My daughter ordered the $6.00 -3 piece Chicken Strips meal deal which they raised the price to $7.00 dollars now. With her order she wanted Onion Rings which was an extra $1.00. We got her meal and the Onion Rings were really hard and cold but the Chicken Strips were good. I took the Onion Rings up to the cashier girl and showed her the Onion Rings and politely told her that the Onion Rings were cold and very hard so she got the manager and I told the manager that the Onion Rings were cold and very hard but the rest of the 3 piece Chicken Strips meal was good and can I have a fresh order of Onion Rings. This manger looked at me and said “NO!” and also said that there was nothing wrong with the Onion Rings and the Manager walked away from me. I was shocked of this Rude behavior of the manager . What made me mad is that I paid extra money for cold Onion Rings. I paid a total for my daughter’s meal was $9.00 and the Manager refused to give us fresh Onion Rings.

Terrible. Take forever to get your food or ice cream. Make you pull up. Take a while to get your order, then don’t even get it correct. Love dairy queen, but will never return to this one.
