I’ve watched your employees work in heat stroke conditions all summer and it’s getting ridiculous. They’re all sweaty (already gross in a restaurant setting), with cold rags on the back of their necks, trying any way to stay cool to make y’all money. Not to mention you cant buy a single ice cream that isn’t already melted by the time they walk it to you. It’s to the point where it’s inhumane and I will be reporting this store to corporate/ OSHA and I believe everyone else reading this review should do the same. Don’t allow these companies to come into our community and treat us like garbage.

We have been there many times but the past 4 times we have had issues after issue with the service and trying to get ice cream. This was the final straw for us when we ordered 3 ice creams and by the time we pulled up to the window they told us it just broke this is outrageous. If you all have that many issues get it fixed period we have decided to just take our money some where else once again this time we won’t be back ever again.

Service was somewhat slow considering there was Noone in line and no other customers other than drive thru. That being said, they did seem short staffed and we’re having to work both drive thru and carry out. The food was hot and fresh and all you would expect from a dairy queen.

Nasty inside and that’s being nice about it. I counted 17 Flys and that was just at the counter. Who knows how many was behind the counter in the kitchen. I Left without ordering before I threw up in the lobby.
