July 2025 Myself & a couple of friends stopped by here. Was greeted nicely when coming inside. Clean restaurant. I ordered a butterfinger ice cream. The consistency of the ice cream was thick & so delicious. I took a few pics. It was overall a pleasant experience. If ever this way again I’ll stop by. Thanks dairy queen!

It’s absolutely ridiculous that the workers and ice cream both are melting every time I pull up to order. The blizzards are complete liquid by the time it’s made and handed out of the window- with the workers sweating over top of the food to beat it all. I was told their AC works, but they don’t use it to save money so they’re forced to keep cool with ice rags. I wonder if OSHA will help y’all save money too. Give someone a heat stroke and they’ll shut your restaurant down. ♀️

me and a coworker of mine were in here eating lunch and we heard a manager SCREAMING at their employees when the employees were doing more than the manager was. As said employee left she continued to scream about all of this infront of customers.

The wait time in the drive-thru is terrible. No matter what time of day you go, the wait will always be up to 20-30 minutes. I had a mobile order today for fries only and I waited like 20 minutes. District management needs to correct this ongoing problem.

Used to be a lovely establishment that we went to all the time. Food is usually good, but service has gone way down. Staff has been rude over drive thru microphone multiple times. Order was taken incorrectly, staff left drive thru window open and decided to loudly talk negatively about us, when we tried to correct the order we were talked over. Hate to see it go downhill.

I was stupid and went back there again today because they had a good deal, but it will be my last time. I got a combo meal and I was supposed to get medium fries. They didn’t even put a small size amount in it. They just gave me just about ate fries. Freaking outrageous. They really lost a good customer. And in a very small town, you need to keep as many customers, as you can. I’m going to use my points, and then I will never buy anything from them again.

I don’t even know why I keep ordering from here. The burger that I got today I got specifically for the sauce on it and they did not put the sauce on it. Whenever I order a chicken tender basket, they never give me the honey mustard that I order, they always give me that nasty gravy, I don’t know if the people there don’t know how to make the sodas right or what, most of the time they are watered down and a couple of times they have been pure water. I got some tenders two days ago with barbecue sauce. The person drowned it with so much sauce I was sick all night. So they either put too much sauce on some thing or they don’t put it on at all.
The soda that I’m drinking right now from there taste nothing like it supposed to. On the rare occasion when they do make the food correctly it is pretty decent.

4 of us went there to eat and the food was great but I think something must be wrong with their cooling system because they had a lot of flies and the Blizzard’s were so runny and melted that the woman handing them to me said she was afraid to turn them upside down like they usually do. The taste was there but the temperature wasn’t. They were almost milkshakes.

Girl at the window taking orders is literally the rudest individual ive ever encountered…..this makes 3 times ive went and she has been so rude to not just me but the people behind me. Service industry, make sure the window is closed before talking shit about the people in the drive thru….
