The workers here are not inviting nor do they possess adequate customer service skills. I ordered tossed and sauced chicken tenders for the 2nd time and lets just say this was the last visit to this particular location. Cold hard toast, the food was definitely tossed and barely sauced.

The guy that originally rung me up was very agitated with me as i ordered and the food came quickly with no type of sauce for the onion rings so I asked for honey mustard, in which i was told there was a cost associated and this was my total, my blizzard was not flip upside down and I quickly seen why. WASNT MADE PROPERLY, just close you’re gonna treat people nasty and charge for dipping sauce. i didn’t need 5 just 1 i just wanted her to feel petty ringing me up for it. $28 for a flamethrower combo and a blizzard and honey mustard

Ordered two medium blizzards. They were both only vanilla ice cream half way down. Wasn’t blended and no cookie dough after the top part of blizzard. Very disappointing.

Absolutely ridiculous. Look at my soup! See it dripping!? On a hot day I’d love to wash down and cook off with a hot ice cream. I assume this is better than the usual complete melt they give me. This one was somewhat solid. I also don’t appreciate being told I’ll pay 85 cents for a deal and end up being charged 95 cents. Liars!

Warning to anybody who comes to the store and encounters are older white lady in the morning she is nasty. She is disrespectful and I believe she don’t like nobody but her own kind what she didn’t know was I used to work for fast Mart and I know exactly how their cash registers operate And if you did not know they can decline a transaction even if you have money available Also, someone that age would not understand that even if the transaction declined, it would represent on the receipt of the person using their phone for tap so good luck First and the last time I ever stepped foot in that place and and you will come out smelling like old chicken and grease in 2 min.

I used to love DQ but not anymore. A large blizzard is now almost 8 dollars AND it’s in a medium sized cup drink!
It was halfway melted when I got it as well. 8 dollars for a medium sized milkshake? I can go get a tub of blue bell ice cream for just over 4 bucks and it tastes better.
For now on if I want ice cream I’m either going to sonic or getting it at the grocery store. DQ, your ice cream sucks! Sad when your hamburger is the only good thing you’ve got.
