While visiting Salisbury I went to this Dairy Queen many times. Yes, I love ice cream that much. My family and I got a variety of items from here and they were all freshly made and tasted good. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 overall is because it took a long time for our food and ice cream to come out each time we were there. It seems like one or two extra workers would help move things faster. I still rated the “service” as 5 stars individually though, because this Dairy Queen has the friendliest and kindest bunch of workers I’ve seen in a long time. They all really seem to love their job, and they were all very welcoming and friendly to us and everyone that came in while we were there. We ate in the dining area once while there and it was exceptionally clean and well maintained.

This location will take 15-25 minutes longer of a wait time in the drive thru instead of just going to the other location on nanticoke road. This location has always been extremely slow doesn’t seem like a staffing issue to me, I just know to avoid it at peak hours. Also to note, everytime I order from here the blizzards don’t have nearly as much toppings as any other DQ I go to. Just go to the nanticoke location you’ll be happier all around honestly. This is years of visits btw

Dairy Queen is the best place I’ve ever been too in my life. I got the medium Strawberry Ice Cream Sundae and it was super delicious. Man I wish I’ve got the 2 to $5 Cheeseburger and fries because I hadn’t had lunch while I was at work and it was super delicious. But still your ice cream is great!

Thank gods I’m not allergic to nuts, there are pecans in my French silk pie blizzard which I asked for cookie dough added. Its there too! Which is great. But I have an aversion to nuts. Found them when I got home to enjoy my ice cream.
We’re in the drive through and the guy taking orders sounded as dead inside as he is poorly paid. Did not ask if we wanted other things, just gave a total, so we had to tell him we wanted more. Betting he’s the one who made my blizzard, and didn’t want to redo it so thought no one would notice.
Hope you notice this since there’s no email contact to the store.
The “reply” I just got 15 min ago below links weirdly and just goes back to the same basic contact page. It isn’t helpful. Again. There is no email to contact. They clearly don’t want any paper trail when they tell you to piss off.

There are a wide variety of food choices at this DQ, for the carnivores out there among you, and the vegetarians like me. There are a lot of different price points, too, which is great because my husband and I started doing dates under $10 to keep things creative, fun, and affordable.
We’re feeling the pinch, just like many of you, so we are finding new ways to date each other. Yesterday, on the spur of the moment, we went around the corner to DQ for a couple of vanilla soft serve cones.
I will say this: I’ve gotten onion rings many times at this location, and now I know they tend to be very generous with the portion sizes. Also, the grounds are always clean and well-maintained. However, the order taker/cashier yesterday was not the warmest. She did try to upsell our order, but that seemed like a perfunctory task for her; she was not genuinely interacting with us.
But the ice cream was good, and the date was fun, and at the end of the day, that’s what we’re going to remember.

Went a couple times recently on impulse, for a treat. I’m a very patient person, but I think they may need to hire some more staff or change something to entice workers to apply. Long wait times often; today with many cars pulling out of the line, and half melted ice cream when we did get to the window. Seems like things are rough over there. Three people working max, maybe even just two, at 7pm in the summer. The blizzards we got did have good flavor and the people at the window were nice. You just can’t manage the volume they had with so few people.

Sat in the drive thru for over half an hour, currently sitting here writing the review right now. This is not a busy time this DQ is never necessarily busy, quite ridiculous how long this has taken. Poor management. When I finally got to the window the guy working the window was very unprofessional didn’t even reply to us or give a receipt. There was only 2 cars ahead of us!
