Well, this Dairy Queen hit rock bottom. I ordered a hot dog with onion rings and a drink. I waited 22 minutes for my food.
Joshua who rang me up was very nice to me but the kitchen staff needs to be retrained. Joshua was constantly asking the staff when would the orders be filled.

13Mar.2024 Quick stop in at the drive-thru. I was passing through St. Mary’s heading back home. Service was friendly and quick. The hot food was hot and cold desserts were cold and everything was fresh. Thank you for a great 1st time visit.

This location often forgets food and especially sauces! 9/1/25 the ranch was inedible it was very watery and taste sour (the forgot it in the bag and I had to walk in and get it). Definitely a quality issue that needs looking into.

Love the hotdogs here. Quick drive thru for one plane hotdog, took a long wait behind car load of ice cream hoppers. Kid at drive thru couldn’t give simple change from a $5.00 bill. Sad country we live in cashiers all over America can’t count change anymore. Train your cashiers people. But good is always perfect here.

This location consistently forgets to put the fries in the bag. It’s impossible to double check the bag in the drive through because they stack everything in the tiny bag with napkins at every layer concealing everything and all of your sauce cups balanced on top. After missing my food enough times I went to contact them on the website and the website is designed to be as broken as possible so that you can’t lodge a complaint, after going through the entire process, the form would just not submit no matter what. So here I am resorting to Google reviews. Bottom line, absolutely do not trust this store to give you what you paid for.

Good service. Burger and fries were hot and fresh. I wanted to try the fish so I ordered that as well, it was made wrong when I got home. So I changed out of uniform and took it back and they were extremely apologetic. The young man at the counter was amazed at how calm and polite I was (he said he was not used to that because most people come back ranting and yelling). All I can say is a little politeness goes a long way!!

We had the chicken fingers, fries and small ice cream Sunday Chocolate ice cream hot fudge topping., and a drink for $7. Nice light meal for a late dinner. Place was clean, staff very pleasant. We will definitely go again. We both enjoyed it.
