People that work this DQ side of the gas station are friendly, helpful, and fast. The food is always fresh and cooked to order, and the shakes meet DQ’s high standards. It is your last northbound stop (pulloff) along Route 1 without having to exit the toll road ahead, and for ~ 40 miles. Skip the Wawa’s and give it a try. You won’t be disappointed. Oh, and they have a drive-through! There is also seating to eat inside if you have the time.

Go here for good wholesome food kinda! Clean with TV, tables and plenty of napkins. Gotta love the menu! All the great American classics with ice cream creations that keep us interested. My favorite is the Blizzard that combines candy with features creamy sweetness. This DQ is hooked to a convenience store and a gas station. Clean restrooms and an easy exit off Route One make it easy to access. Drive on in sometime soon!

Went in today to pick up my cake for my moms birthday. Just sang to her and opened the cake to this!!! This is not acceptable and frankly super disappointing after my experience last week. I should have never gone back. For $29 this is outrageous.
Last week, I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes in silence to be told they were out of fries for a meal ( was not posted anywhere) and when I asked what my options were I got told onion rings in which case they were going to charge me more!!!!! So I said no to the meal and just the chicken sandwich. I drive up to the window and waited to be asked what I wanted but I already ordered. Apparently they cancelled the entire order.

Alyiah could not be more polite. Wit in the last SEVERAL years going to different services place, I have not had an employee be so polite and respectful. I am very impressed!

It was my first time at Dairy Queen, and I was completely disrespected when I came back because I realized that it is protocol for Dairy Queen employees to flip the blizzard after giving it to you. I came back and I had spoke to a manager. She never gave me her name, but apparently she needed proof of my purchase at the Dairy Queen when I had showed her my wallet, which is a digital receipt I had to go to my car and find a receipt because she would not accept the digital receipt. Then once I showed her my physical receipt of the purchase, she continued to explain to me that I should have said something The day of the purchase I had explained to her I was not aware of the protocol because it’s my first time I Dairy Queen . She then aggressively explained that I needed to come back another day to speak to the district manager . I will never be returning . Terrible

Waited a long time for drive thru order & burger was given to us with a condiment we had specifically requested left off due to food allergy. We parked went inside explained to you lady at counter. Man came back reexplained. Watched 2 other orders filled before new burger was brought back. Our driver experience start to end of getting corrected burger was nearly 45 minutes. Definitely not the experience I had expected.

I stop here on the way home from the beach at least twice a month. The fried chicken is some of the best around. And they make a decent sub too.

The service here has been steadily declining. I have lived here for years and remember when the food was good and the employees cared about their job.
Some of the staff are nice and professional, but quite a few of them are young kids that don’t seem to have a clue about basic customer service.
I have had to walk in to get my order fixed after getting Door Dash. Luckily, there was an adult there at the time who fixed everything. The majority of the time there is not.
Several times they have had broken ice cream machines and don’t bother to turn off online ordering. So you place your order and drive in only for them to tell you they have no ice cream. This has happened 3 times. Nothing offered for wasting my time. Just a “sorry”.
The staff are not generally friendly either. Hey Dairy Queen, pay your employees a good wage so you can attract adults that want to work and not exploit kids that have no idea what they’re doing.
My last experience one of the staff members (young girl) didn’t even bother practicing the basic pleasantries that come with interacting with customers. It was like she hated her job and was being held at gunpoint.
I am usually easy to please, but the steady decline in food quality and customer service is a deal breaker for me.

I only had an ice cream cone, but it was a good value for the money. There were a lot of young people in there, but they were not noisy and were very respectful of others.
