Why are you guys still open? This place is horrible it needs to shut down right now. I ordered a sundae with hot fudge and cookie dough. I got three pieces of cookie dough and there’s a thin layer in the middle when it’s legit supposed to be on top. This place is horrible. Do not come here. That’s why there’s nobody there when we went. What a disappointment.

Asked for a double cheeseburger with extra pickles and onions… What I received was a single patty cheeseburger with 2 pickles on it and a tiny bit of krtchup. I also asked for cheese curds instead of fries…well, indisnt get the fries, but they charged me for a regular order of curds, and I didn’t even get my marinara sauce either. And I had to ask for my botled water. There was only one person in front of me, and when I pulled up to the window, I saw at least 5 people working in there. If there are at least 5 people there, why couldn’t my order be correct?? And I didn’t open my bag until I got home, which was upsetting. They need to make sure orders are accurate and complete before they hand it out the window. I am very disappointed by the quality and service….might go to Milford from now on or Camden…and the sad part is that it’s a new store too!

Treated my granddaughter to DQ for her birthday today. A gentleman named Ty waited on us. Very nice guy. Smiled the entire time. Patient with my grandchildren when they kept changing their minds. He clearly enjoys his job. Excellent customer service!
Exactly the kind of customer service this place needs because since it’s been open the majority of the employees, including managers, have had bad attitudes and awful work ethic. Especially at night. Miserable people. I stopped going there about 9 months after they opened.
I think after this visit, I may start coming back.

MY WIFE AND I WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU today. She ordered a chocolate ice cream cone, and I ordered a Blizzard and strawberry sundae with wet walnuts. First, we were told that they didn’t have wet nuts, the blizzard was of the consistency of a milk shake, and the ice cream cone was melting as they handed it to my wife. I had a previous experience here where my ice cream melted quickly. It appears that the issue persists. Maybe the ice cream machine is not cold enough to produce heavier consistency in the mix. When I order blizzards at other locations, they turn them upside down to show you that is what was advertised. Today, the blizzard was thinner than a milk shake, when I was halfway through eating it. I know that is a new location, and maybe still working out the kinks. Please fix your ice cream machine.

I purchase a banana boat, and it was literally milk when I got home. (3.1 miles). They may need to look at their ice creme mixture. I’ve purchased from the location in Milford (4.3 miles) and didn’t have this problem.

Indoor and outdoor door seating. The actual food is a bit pricier then I had expected but the ice cream is on point with money vs worth. The chicken stripes are large so that makes the price more reasonable. Staff was very friendly and understandable when dealing the small children trying to make decisions on ice cream!

This place just needs to close. It has been a train wreck since it opened. Not sure who the manager is but they should be let go. How do you run out of bananas when you across the street from 2 grocery stores? Why are you playing heavy metal music in a restaurant? Why can none of your employees do their jobs correctly? We will be driving to milford from now on.

3 employees stood together talking at the register for the drive thru and never even acknowledged us standing at the counter for at least 5-10 minutes. They even moved around the corner out of sight, after noticing us getting annoyed. They had time chit chat but couldn’t be bothered with talking to customers. I’m not sure how the food is at this location, but the staff yesterday was useless. I will say the place looked clean

Walked into store to place an order. Four other individuals were standing with receipts waiting for orders to be served. Two ladies working the register. I had placed my order food orders and was about to order blizzards, when manager yells out “no more yellow cheese for burgers and no more ice cream orders at the counter will be taken.” Needless to say, I canceled my order and left-taking my business elsewhere. I understand that this establishment just opened on 5/16. But when patrons walk-in to an establishment and see mass-chaos in the back (plenty of unorganized staffing) and a manager or supervisor make a loud announcement as such-chain or not, do yourself a favor and leave.
