Been here 3 times in the last 5 months. Blizzards were 90% icecream and unblended. Sundaes were ok but the strawberry topping looked brown and inedible. Employees working here looking unkempt and not very friendly. Would you want them handling your food? There is a reason this location doesn’t get as busy as it should be.
If you are in Quakertown or Sellersville I recommend visiting the DQ there.

This location gives the vibe of don’t eat in here with half the lights off. The staff were not welcoming either. Spent over $25 for two and received a microwaved burger, extra greasy fries and the cheese curds were good but also cost $4 more as a meal side. Definitely will not be back to eat here. It was better years ago, no clue what happened.

This place is like an 80s time capsule. With zero lights on in the dining area the black and green monitor hanging from the ceiling you could only use to play pong with, and the outdated registers/decor its the perfect place to watch the non uniformed staff create multiple health violations such as not wearing gloves when making the ice cream and food. Not to mention zero hair or beard nets, but the hair is for extra flavor. The wait is no better 20 minutes of wait for 2 burgers and frys that I may have cought a disease from because of how unpleasant it was to eat. I may or maynot be throwing up or taking an all night long bathroom break from digesting such greasy disgusting food.

The amount of reviews with the same exact complaints… yet nothing has been done over all the years.
These kids are wearing PJs to work… arguing with each other with a lobby full of customers… the dining room lights being off is one thing… but the lights behind the counter where they make food??? Why are they off? How are these kids making ice cream IN THE DARK? Why is there no adult in there supervising what is going on? You would think that all of the complaints, over all of the years that they would get it together with this location.
All that happens with these reviews is a generic copy and pasted response from “fan relation team” saying they hope you give them another chance. How many chances do you give a place that hasn’t changed in years? The owner of this location should be ashamed of themselves, and maybe give it up.

I order blizzard’s from the Pennsburg location on a regular basis and honestly it is hit or miss but mostly miss. Most of the time they are 95% ice cream and 5% mix at the top. This time I ordered a large blizzard and they put a small blizzard cup inside of it. I really hope this location fixes its quality. It is very disappointing.

The employees are friendly but honestly the restaurant looks like something from a horror movie- outdated and barely lit. Only around 3-4 kids running the whole restaurant so food speed and quality might not be the best. I dont blame the employees for the way it’s run but the place does look like it’s on the verge of closing down with horrible ‘management’ that don’t care about their customers or their staff

Best blizzards we had from this location in a long time. Staff was much better and inside looks repainted and had lights turned on!

Coming here for DoorDash, the teens that work here are nice enough and it’s fine for them to joke around, but they can’t just go to work not wearing their uniforms! The restaurant feels like a cave or mine when you walk in, the lighting is very dim. They also have extremely outdated technology, the registers are old like out of the 70’s, the screen showing orders is old, looks like a computer from the 80’s or 90’s, and that’s why there’s a sign on the door saying you can’t use the DQ app here. Just abysmal, it’s 2025, get with the program on the technology. Place could just use a bit more professionalism and a MAJOR REVAMP on its POS systems.
Update: this Dairy Queen has still not improved, probably even worse. I came for another DoorDash and there were groups of teens hanging out in the building and there was the smell of marijuana permeating the air. The workers were still not wearing their uniforms. My customer only ordered one medium Oreo blizzard. But they gave me a bag for additional blizzards. So I walk back in and tell them I only have to take the Oreo blizzard. Another dasher was there and she was there because they hadn’t given her all the blizzards for the same person that I was delivering to, she had delivered to this person prior. I’m normally calm interacting with food service workers, but I was mildly pissed here. In the end, my customer got her blizzard, but myself and this other dasher should’ve been spared the confusion by these workers. I had to interact with this man wearing a hunters cap and he had an unshaven face and long scraggly hair and he did not look like he should be working there. Another girl there was literally just wearing street clothes behind the counter, like an outfit she’d wear around the house. Who is running this place?! Where are the managers? I will probably be getting in touch with corporate.

As someone who’s never had breakfast at Dairy Queen before, I was looking forward to a quick meal along the same lines of quality as their other offerings. I was sorely disappointed when I opened the bag and discovered the bacon to be undercooked, flavorless and limp and the pancakes rubbery and burnt. No amount of butter and syrup can cover the taste of burnt chewy pancakes – God knows I tried to salvage the meal! I ended up having to throw away the food and stop somewhere else for my breakfast. I can’t say whether or not this careless service is indicative of their day to day operation, but you might should have a back up plan just in case. Hope you have better luck than I did!

I bought a Reese’s ice cream cake, which comes with layers of vanilla and chocolate ice cream and reese’s peanut butter chunks on top. It was so good! The service was good! I got their a few minutes after they opened, and the dining room lights weren’t on.
