We were in there for lunch today, the food was terrible. Our little ones chicken tenders were hard, the oldest daughter’s chicken was undercooked and cold. My onion rings were burnt to a crisp, my triple hamburger tasted like the meat was soaked in beef broth. I also had a twist ice cream in a cup, it was all chocolate and little to no vanilla. The little one’s sundaes all the fudge was on only on one side. Last but not least the tables didn’t have any napkins or ketchup on the tables. Today now ever other restaurant has their condiments and napkins on the tables. The last I knew the pandemic was over so put them back on the table. Your staff needs to be a whole lot more of smiles and alot friendlier. People shouldn’t be able to hear the staff talking while they’re eating their meal.

I went through the drive thru, and the employee taking my order sounded lije she was ticked off at the world. Just a “can I help you” as a greeting. I gave my first item and I couldn’t hear her due to traffic and I asked her to repeat and she snapped “4 or 6”. I told her and then waa going to move on and she made me feel like I was a bother to her. I didn’t want to bother her further so I and my disappointed 10 year old left. I won’t be back and FB is a large audience of shoppers.

I bought a cake this afternoon from Mt. Pleasant DQ. I was on lunch break and only had a few min…they were nice and bagged it. I looked at it and it looks as if a kindergartner wrote it. I called the manager. I texted her this picture. She said that’s beautiful writing. Omg. She said the lady that wrote it was the morning cake manager that does all the special order cakes and they want me to BUY a new cake (they will give me 10-20% off. On the new cake and my own bag of icing to write it myself) They said they won’t fix it or replace it because that’s the way any good bakery would write something. OMG. I am totally embarrassed to give this $30 cake to my daughter for her birthday. I am appauled at this DQ!

Had a bit of an issue there getting waited on, as it seems like the staff wants to walk past you like they don’t see you there. But other than that I have to say we ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday, it was absolutely amazing! It wasn’t a whole lot of detail that we gave them on what we wanted it to turn out like and their Baker was amazing. It was the best looking cake I’ve received in a long time from anywhere. Thank you

I have an allergy and asked for them to clean off the mixer before making my Blizzard. A manager actually came out with the box of Blizzard mix-ins to check the ingredients list with me, even though I didn’t ask anyone to do this and already knew I could have this flavor of Blizzard. I really appreciated this store going above and beyond to make sure I was safe!! Amazing service.
