I get blizzards everytime I come, but they are never mixed. More than half of the cup I’d just plain vanilla ice cream. It’s such a disappointment every single time.

We visited Dairy Queen to buy a ice cream cake for our sons birthday. Always good food here, and I don’t have to fight with my picky eaters, because they have burgers and nuggets that they like, and of course ice cream.

My order was wrong and I didn’t realize until I got home. But, I can live with that…. my real complaint is your parking lot. Leaving the lot is extremely dangerous with the huge crater by the edge of the road and the drive-thru lane by the window is just as bad. Please fix the parking lot!

I live about 5 minutes away. I come quite often through the drive through for blizzards. Staff pretty friendly but very slow and I’ve had numerous blizzards that are just simply ice cream lacking toppings. They are mostly young kids running it. I get places get busy and can be tough working with the public, but it’s terrible for business. It’s literally 10 15 minutes a car. I’ve never seen such a slow drive through. Sometimes they are a little busy inside but other times not that busy at all and I wonder what they are doing in there. I sometimes get apologies, other times it’s like they don’t care or just stare at you with a blank look. Try and do better please. My biggest issue is not even just at this location, but others need retrained on how to make blizzards properly. I have been charged for extra toppings and received basically all ice cream no candy.

The drive through line was into the road so we went inside to order. The sign on the door which has almost no lighting said that the dining room was closing early(which we did not see). Inside we waited 20 minutes in line to order which was fine. When we went to order we were told that the up front chocolate ice cream machine was down and if we wanted chocolate that we would have to go outside and get into the drive through line that was stretched out into 119…. The reason for this was that it would put to much stress on the drive through ice cream machine if they used that machine for inside purchases. How does that make sense? If people then go through the drive through the machine is still going to be used the exact same amount.. The manager came out and said that the dining room was closed and that the sign in the door said so. This was after a woman working just announced it was closing in 1/2 hour (8pm). Below is a pic of the sign in the door. Also if we wanted to get stuck on a busy road to be able to get into the drive through we wouldn’t of passed up the meadows…

This location is closet to my house so I go often usually for dairy free dilly bars and cakes. The selection of cakes are amazing and the staff is professional and polite. The truth is I’m not sure where they find so many good employees! Keep up the good work and I’ll keep coming back for more delicious treats.

I’ve been to this DQ only three times in the past few years and try to avoid it because of what I mention below…but I was in the area and decided to give it another go.
No one in drive thru except me this time and maybe two cars in the lot. Ice cream/blizzards are always melted. I don’t know how that’s possible because it didn’t take long to get these.
What took long were the two hotdogs I ordered….I sat in the drive thru and finished a medium blizzard in the time it took to get them.
Also, posted a pic of their outdoor trash….nice.
I understand fluke days but this experience is the usual for me at this particular DQ.
