10/5/25 Well, it happened again. I ordered a large soft-serve in a cup (drive-thru) and it was a disappointing amount. I checked the bag before driving off. My husband took it back inside and up to the counter where he was given attitude and told that it’s in a large cup. As if the cup size makes it correct even if it’s barely filled. A nice manager guy happily made it right but the argumentative girl at the counter and not knowing if the same thing will keep happening makes us very hesitant to go again.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I always order a large soft-serve in a cup and the amount given is never consistent. Sometimes it’s filled to an appropriate level and sometimes it looks like this. It’s frustrating and disappointing to not know what you’re going to get and to not get what you’re paying for. Update: I spoke with Tonya the manager and she was friendly and helpful and offered a free replacement.

Been going here for years and only had one less than ideal experience, and that was they forgot to give me drinks. Other than that, the place is very clean, food always comes out fast and the employees are friendly

They give you a quarter of a chicken strip and count it you try and call gets you no where need to hire someone who has customer service skills didnt even want a refund or anything just someone to acknowledge that when you order 4 chicken strips you shouldnt get 2 strips and 2 chicken nuggets

Food is often good, depends on who is working. The new building is small and cramped. Service hit or miss, usually miss. Beware of ordering on the App. Often it wont go through, they will charge you but wont have the order. Always a hassle using the app. Better go to the drive through or go inside to place an order. Staff needs training for the App. For best results go inside and place your order. Best not to confuse the workers.

My 1st time stopping here was not a great experience. Food was poor quality. Decided to give them a second chance, and Jacob served me. He went out of his way and made sure everything was way better than my 1st experience. I appreciate it, Jacob. You did an excellent job! Kudos man

We frequent this restaurant because its very close and the kids love the ice cream. We ordered 6/ 2 piece chicken strip kids meals, all with drinks and 2 moo Lattes. (Coffie drinks). The chicken Strips were so small they equaled one mcnugget! And the lattes had no coffee at all, so they were milkshakes. When we called the manager at the store she hung up on my husband. The only reason I gave more stars, was because the gentleman who took our order was so nice and professional. Pick better leadership dairy queen.

I’m getting this the one star review, not because of anything the employees here did, but because the drive through is so narrow, I scraped my car tires twice on 2 different visits. When they remodeled the driveway, they did it to narrow, and I’m not the only one having problems with it, so I’m warning everybody if you go through the drive through, you’re gonna scrape your tires probably, and if you don’t, it’s because you drive a very small vehicle, this is not cool, somebody should have thought of things before they did it

My family and I stopped by the Centerville, PA DQ for a late evening snack. We were greeted at the register by a young lady named Riley. She might be the friendliest food services employee we’ve ever encountered. After taking our orders, she brought our food to the table and then came back twice to ensure we were taken care of and satisfied with our food. We received better service and more attention from her than we have at some high-end, expensive restaurants. We will definitely go back!

My wife and I were on a date night and we decided to go to DQ. Our drive thru order was a medium hot fudge sunday with extra fudge with peanuts and a banana split. I have to say we were disappointed this time. The window girl was very pleasant. The ice cream in my wife’s sunday barely cleared the top of the cup and very little fudge with 6 half peanut pieces. The banana in my split was green. It was so hard you could barely bit onto it. We like DQ a lot. I would appreciate some coupons sent to me at this email address. Thank you.

This is a newer build, and it has a bright, modern feel. We ordered in the app and our food was ready when we walked in. We both got sundaes, and they were tasty. The staff were friendly. We’ll definitely be back!
