Came here to treat myself a couple days after wishing teeth removal. Ordered a medium cup of vanilla soft service with light sprinkles, got a small cup filled with the least amount of ice cream I’ve ever gotten at a Dairy Queen. I order this at every Dairy Queen I visit and the bag was completely too light when I pulled off so I knew something was wrong. Had I felt like talking or putting more strain in my mouth I would’ve returned for a refund. Now I’ll just have to dispute with my bank. Mistakes happen but it’s really not that hard to give a customer what they paid for.

This particular Dairy Queen has the WORST drive thru I’ve ever had at any Dairy Queen in the area. They CONSTANTLY get the order wrong and then catch an attitude when you have the nerve to bring it to their attention. Management has NO apologies or desire rectify any complaints. If you have the time and gas drive 5 miles in any direction for a better experience and service!

Had really bad experiences with this particular location. We use the app to order our food, so we know that they had all the correct info. We ordered a chili dog combo, sans chili, and it had no cheese instead. We also didn’t receive our extra hot fudge for a blizzard in the order.

Cashier was very friendly, and took my order efficiently. (Hard to come by these days). Food was great, good deal, served hot and quickly. Everything in bag(napkins,ketchup,etc) Thank you for the great service!

Food was hot and delicious. Blizzard are always a delight. Had a bit of a wait in drive thru but it wasn’t too bad. Perfect ending to a date with my grandson!

I bought 2 quarts of ice cream,but they didn’t have tops and I also bought 2 boxes of Dilly bars . She asked if she could use foil to top the ice cream.
