So, I really do like anything we ever get…which is some kind of ice cream and cheese curds. We always get a large. 50% of the time they send a small. And then for the ice cream- the maple milkshakes for example are always different. Sometimes it is like they have the cookie crumbles in it, other times it tastes like plain ice cream. The banana split, we have ordered it and it be sent upside down. The blizzards- sometimes they are great, and other times there is badicallu nothing in them(and to make it clear, I dont like obnoxious amounts of stuff in my ice cream, just a regular blizzard).
I will say i have heard management try to explain to them nicely what they’ve done wrong and that they need to next time do xyz and I appreciate fhe kindness to their staff to try and solve the problems. I just wish it would stick. I dont expect anybody to be perfect…but like. Some of the stuff is pricey. So to get a small, instead of a large- it is frustrating. We dont even say anything 75% of the time anymore.

My main complaint as a person who has worked in food service was the disregard for food safety. I saw multiple people with their phones while preparing food which is a huge issue as phones tend to have more bacteria than a literal toilet seat. Also way to many people had drinks in hand or on food prep stations which also is an invitation for bacteria. I was doordashing recently and I had to wait for at least 10minuets for a mini blizzard… and that was after waiting for an employee to come and take the order and she was rude abt it too. I normally have sympathy for a lot of this stuff but this is a well staffed store! There are way more employees than I work with in food services. I have to say Im glad I was only a dasher because I probably would have gotten sick from the poor food safety! Who knows how bad the grill food safety is!

The ice cream is good. The food is horrible tho. Like I got food poisoning from that stuff. Don’t eat the burgers. Oh also they gave 2 pup cups to my dog so the workers are very nice

blizzard bearly have candy in them got 3 blizzard that look like just vanilla ice cream and this ain’t the first time… I got 2 , 4 peice chicken tender baskets, both had no bread and one only had 3 chicken tenders. For the price they want I’d expect to at least get the food that’s suppose to be in the order.. this is the 3rd time this has happen, last time I got 3 chicken tenders and a inch big nugget. 3 cars were in front of me and I sat in line for almost 20 minutes so by the time I got to the window ice cream is all melted.. just disappointing.. this dq use to have great service and food but lately it sucks

We walked in to the stickiest floor ever. There were 2 cars in the drive thru. One girl came up 5 min after waiting to say she was on break and walked away. The other staff couldn’t acknowledge us at all even after the cars in the drive thru were gone. After 15 min we started to leave and only then did the girl from break say she could take our order. The other girl never once acknowledged us. We left, feet still sticking to the floor.

I got my son’s birthday cake from here & I couldn’t have been more happy with it! The cake decorator called me a few days before to go over the cake. I had mentioned we wanted a Lego cake but just picked a basic one because we didn’t see a Lego one online, but to my surprise she said she could do a Lego cake for him! It turned out sooooo sooo nice & he absolutely loved it! I definitely recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a nice looking ice cream cake for any occasion 🙂

Pathetic. No accountability. They leave blizzards and take out orders out and people walk right in and take them and leave. Then they won’t remake it for the right customer who actually paid.

The owner is the coolest most personable but still genuine. The actual owner Honestly interacted with me the way I always wanted to represent myself in the industry, but had to invent a facade because I was operating within a corporation. He personally (last minute) MADE the celebration between my wife and I… which was me escaping the facade I described earlier. I was excited to share with my wife, I am impulsive often and TERRIBLE at surprises. This man (and his dope friendly staff hooked me up and pointed in the right direction for EVERYTHING.)
