Almost every time I come here there is some type of issue. Whether its ordering through door dash, or going through the drive through. You pay alot of money for almost nothing or they upcharge your fries for cheese curds and you get a little fries and a small amount of cheese curds you’re basically having me pay for the small curd, give me what I pay for please. Smh and dont be rude when I ask questions about what I am charged because your menu board isnt adequet. Smh I only took out the toast to take a picture. I paid 18. Something for this and a medium soda. Smh

I don’t usually write reviews on behalf of others, but what I witnessed during my recent visit was concerning enough to share. I arrived at around 8:30 PM to pick up my order and saw a young woman and her mother who had been waiting longer than me dealing with an issue regarding their food. From what I overheard, their order had been placed at 8:00 PM, and after waiting over thirty minutes, it was served cold.

While the customer voiced her frustration with the long wait and cold food, she was not rude, just understandably upset. The response from the Spanish employee was dismissive, including comments like, “Well, I’m not the one who made your food,” and “what else do you want?” When asked to remake the order, the employee reacted by slamming the window shut. After that, the situation unfortunately escalated. The customer, upset by the window being slammed in her face, began yelling about the employee’s behavior. At this point, the employee walked away into the back, loudly calling the customer inappropriate names while speaking to coworkers. This only further aggravated the situation and heightened tensions for everyone present. Throughout all of this, the manager on duty did not apologize or take responsibility, instead making excuses for the employee’”s actions. As someone waiting nearby, the whole incident was uncomfortable to witness and reflected poorly on the establishment.

All of this could have been avoided if the employee had handled the situation with professionalism and basic customer service, rather than taking things personally and reacting with hostility. Even when customers are frustrated, it is the staff’s role to remain calm, address concerns respectfully, and ensure a welcoming environment for everyone.
I hope management uses this feedback as an opportunity to provide better training and improve how situations like this are managed in the future. Customers deserve to be treated with respect just as much as employees do. However, as an employee, you are the face of your company and have a responsibility to maintain professionalism at all times. The employee should not be the one to start or escalate an issue.
…. oh and after all of this, they also gave me cold food that took forever lol.

The cone dips have gotten thin and the jce cream gets handed to me already melting. I’ve had to put a bunch of blizzards into my freezer when I got home, and I live a few houses down. I think maybe the machines aren’t cold enough?

The employees are always very nice and everything else is very pleasant.

Like other DQ’s but with stickers over the menu prices and promotions. I’d assume this is a violation of their franchise agreement, but in either case make sure to order using the mobile app to get the real price and avoid their scam.

The $5 lunch is now $6 actually $6.75. Not really a deal anymore. Your better off getting a 4 for 4 from Wendy’s and adding a frosty which is still cheaper and you get more!

I ordered food on app. Not only are the workers lethargic, lack customer service managers do as well. Food nowadays is always soggy when I am from Meriden and remember this place differently. Simple food like fries and tenders and burgers should be served fresh. Especially considering the wait they put you through. I had to wait over 20 minutes to receive an order at 4 tender box after ordering it 20 minutes before. Because even though I shown my purchase on the app I was not able to pick up my order because it didn’t go through to their systems. So soggy fries. And tenders that where sitting what I received. It’s too bad this location has gone down I preferred the one in southington it actually is a restaurant chain of nostalgia for me.
