The place was hot my oxtails were tough and lady was argumentative when I tried to tell her about it the Patty was so over seasoned and too hot I will never repeat. That was my first and my last time so disappointing not at all Jamaican an insult to Jamaican cooking a white potatoe they passing off as a dumplingI was gonna eat there but again the fans were blowing hot air so unprofessional this makes me wanna call the health department It with government shutdown I doubt I get amywhere

I stopped by Monday morning, January 26, around 11:00 AM and waited until about 11:30 AM. I could see food being cooked, but the front door never opened.

I’ve had your food before later in the day and really enjoyed it. This time I came early because I know everything is made fresh at opening and I was looking forward to it.

As a fellow business owner, I understand how mornings can be and just wanted to share the feedback with respect. I’ll be back to try again and wish you nothing but continued success.

Went in to grab some food since they are close to my apartment. So far I’ve tried the brown stew chicken and goat curry. They give you a packed tray of food with plantains, potatoes, and cabbage with your entree(rice included)

Extremely flavorful and delicious and well worth the price. Typically I eat half and then eat the rest for dinner as it’s a good portion

I’m going definitely try everything on the menu!

If you’re missing real Trinidadian food, Caribbean Cuisine in Glendale hits the mark, especially with their curry goat roti—it satisfied my craving, even though I wanted dhalpuri. My wife wasn’t too impressed with the stew chicken, saying it tasted like it was made with pre-cooked meat. Still, the friendly staff, big portions, and overall vibe make it a solid spot for a taste of Trini culture in Arizona, even if the prices are a bit high.

If you’re craving authentic Trini flavors, Caribbean Cuisine in Glendale, AZ delivers a solid experience. Having lived in Trinidad, I’ve been on the lookout for curry goat roti. I had the curry goat roti, while I would’ve preferred dhalpuri roti, the buss-up-shot option I got hit the spot and satisfied my craving.

My wife tried the stew chicken, but she thought it lacked depth, feeling like it was made from pre-cooked chicken, which lessened the experience for her. That said, the staff was warm and welcoming—true to Trini hospitality—and the portions were generous, though prices felt slightly steep.

Overall, it’s great to have this option in the Valley. If you’re after a piece of Trinidad in Arizona, it’s worth checking out! Saluti

Came in on a Tuesday evening. About 3 people inside(1 picking up and a couple dining in). Parking is really limited and inside place is small but do not let that deter you. Super friendly took my order and recommended the jerk chicken. 7 minutes later, maybe less, boom comes out my food on a take out plate. Fame me my napkins and fork. As soon as I opened it up my mouth watered and my eyes almost came out their sockets!! Jerk chicken, cabbage, rice and beans, and my favorite: Fried plantains! Did not disappoint. Super huge servings. Washed it all down with my Jamaican soda. Will be back for more. Only thing that bothered me(not really) is a lound fan which I know is used for this summer heat but the food made me forget about that. Super friendly people that always have a smile and treat you good. Reminds me of the way my mom cooks for us.

This is my 2nd time ordering and I am very satisfied! The food here is so fulfilling and tasty! This is the best Caribbean Restaurant I’ve had in Arizona. Large portion sizes and reasonable price ! The goat curry was my first time having it and I love it. I asked for it to be spicy and the lady gave me spicy sauce on the side and it topped everything off! 10/10. Highly recommend

Pictured…ox tail dinner = rice, beans. Plantain, and cabbage. ..also fried plantain and buss up shut…..small hidden jem of a spot. Oxtail so flavourful and authentic couldn’t get enough.. both plantain were cooked perfectly soft and tender, buss up shut went well with the rice and ox tail. Love me some finger food….. this oxtail was so tender it fell off the bone. Check the pic . Can’t wait to go back it is worth it. Expand your food horizon give this spot a try you will enjoy it.
P.S. don’t forget the beef pattie..not pictured I was hungry…
