This Dairy Queen is an excellent one of their franchise. It is exceptionally clean with large indoor and outdoor gated seating. The food is much better than any other fast food in Cromwell.

my wife and i were in the drive and ordered food. we received it and gave it back for a correction. we got our food back with correction and then some. the employee at the window is named nick. it was a small gesture but its rare to see such dedication. hats off to nick for his great attitude and character. my wife and i will be returning for sure.

The drive thru had a small line so I decided to go inside. I hadn’t been to this location before and was greeted right away by a nice female cashier. Then a guy (who I think may have been a manager because he seemed to help other workers and was a older than them) immediately got me my blizzard and knew it was mine. Then a few minutes later my food was ready and he apologized for the wait and told me to have a nice Easter. I waited for barely any time and everyone was very pleasant. This positive customer service turned my day around because I went to two places today and had horrible/lackluster experiences and this Dairy Queen was on top of it. So much so, that I even voice texted my mom back in Washington State to say I found the “best DQ ever” lol. Keep up the good works. Props to my cashier and the (assumed) manager! Also… I’ve never gone to a DQ and actually had my blizzard mixed and my French fries tasted very fresh! Cool stuff Cromwell 🙂

Never ever again will I give my business to this store. I visit dairy queen maybe once a year so today I decided to get a food order and a shake. I paid almost $20 for 4 chicken strips, little fries, dry toast, and a medium bland tasting shake. The fries were very small portion and I showed the woman at the counter who appeared to be the manager (who also rang up my order) the meager fries I was given. She seemed unbothered and was more concerned with the employee she was speaking to about the work schedule. Her response was she would pass along my information to the party responsible, so who is that exactly? That was her opportunity to rectify the situation, really poor customer service and quality. Regret wasting my money.

This location is full menu and open year round. This place has yummy stuff all year round different flavors and such. Food has always been good here. We used to travel to this location no matter where we were and we had a Dairy queen very close to our ho.e and still came here!!!! Your food will be correct and it’s always good. The cakes are great for parties and they even have little mini cakes cones and individual icecream cake cups!!!!Can you say YESSSSS!!! Love those dont have to order. While cake just enough for a single serving. Inside is very clean and th outside seating in the summer is really nice. I love this place year round for a quick bite or a sweet tooth stop!

Great service but the nice thick Wild Alaska. filet on the menue is by far the worst false advertisement ever!! The bun is awesome bit the piece was of what ever it was on my bun was an over fried no flakey fish just over cooked breading!! Sorry was real bad. Three bites and I was done trying to chew whatever was on my bun!!!
