My boyfriend and I went to Dairy Queen today, 11/2/25 Sunday evening an hour before closing time. The two ladies working were so polite and kind. We witnessed them talking to a regular customer about their elderly grandmother and recalling details, making the exchange personal and caring. They also made our food fresh and fast. The service was beyond what one would expect going into a fast food restaurant late at night and I just wanted to commend the two ladies working on their wonderful presence and attitudes!

Wonderful dipped cherry & chocolate ice cream cones. Good French fries portions on the small side. The actual French fries are kind of skinny i like fat and fluffy better. Service was good.

Me and my wife came to this DQ at the end of a long day, and where we are usually met with a friendly atmosphere we were instead met by a very rude young lady at the front desk, Arianna. We were taken off guard because this girl was rude to us as soon as we came in, and we didn’t mistreat her in any way to provoke this treatment. She rushed us through ordering, was snappy and rude in tone, misheard me twice and gave me attitude when I corrected her both times, rolled her eyes at us, and went out of her way to be rude the rest of our visit. She shoved our bag of food at us without even looking our way or saying it’s ours, and just generally left a bad enough taste in our mouths that we’d probably turn right around and leave if we say her there at the counter again if we even go back at all.

My review is about something I did observe while I was there. Went there today and while I was waiting there was a client with kids who made a big food order and when the worker gave her the food , she told her that she put cheese in her burgers and she ordered without cheese, so she took the bag back and few minutes later another lady, she was white with black hair and kind of big and she had a very bad attitude and without any apology she said to her “here is your food “, and threw the bag on her and I really felt very sorry for the customer because it wasn’t her fault that they gave her the wrong food, but in top of that she received no apologies, way to do business

I ordered my first vanilla cone of the season today, and it was worth the wait, until I dropped it trying to unlock my car door. Talk about heart break! They were very kind and replaced it without additional charge and I was so touched by the staff’s kindness! Really, really made my day, thank you!
