I ended up buying an ice cream cake from there for my bday, and the workers (Twinkle was one of them) were very kind; lost my receipt to fill that out so just wanted to share on here. I don’t really enjoy the hot food I tried, but I don’t think that’s anyone’s fault. It was all pretty quick too.

They parked us & we waited 10-15 minutes. I was not upset about waiting, but when I grabbed my son’s cheeseburger out of the bag, it was incredibly hot to the touch. The kind of hot that you can only get from nuking something in a microwave….
I opened it up & the bun was rubbery & the burger was dried up around the the edges. It had clearly been microwaved. I called the store & the woman I spoke with said they don’t have a microwave, they use a “booster oven. “
The two are literally the same thing. Why would it be necessary to prepare a cheeseburger that way? 0/10 do not recommend.

Was in there got a double cheeseburger and fries and small soda. While I’m sitting there eating one of the employees I think it was the manager. Older gray haired white guy. But I watched him blow his nose right by the front counter and NOT WASH his hands afterwards. Then not 30 seconds later a lady and her 3 little kids came in and he got them ice cream and I think 1 or 2 of them was cones. Never again will I be going to that DQ. Gross

After waiting extra long for a very simple order of 1 cheeseburger and a 6-piece while Management and workers goofing off and laughing in the back, so imagine my joy to get home and Open the bag to see the SMALLEST “tenders” I’ve ever saw. I’ve updated with a Picture of how tiny these are compared to various objects. Not coming here again, I recommend others not to as well

I ordered a cake online for my birthday. When I stopped in to pick it up, I had to wait since their cake lady had an emergency. Mind you I ordered this 3 weeks in advance. I’m assuming they had to slap it together while I was sitting in the lobby. There was another guy ahead of me waiting for a cake as well…

The border design and color pattern wasn’t what I asked for and the cake overrall wasn’t what I envisioned. The ice cream is okay but it tastes chalky and the texture is off.

The food was ok. But the thing I find ridiculous is putting the toast down on the bottom of the box. Uhmm hello??? Toast it light so there for it goes on top. It was flattened.. The last time I ordered thw chicken strip basket I didn’t even get toast. Not from this place..

A bunch of kids working, standing around talking and looking confused inside. I spent just over $9 for 2 small blizzards and also ordered a pup cup, which the worker asked if there was a dog in the car?. It’s the saddest accuse for a pup cup I have ever seen, and they’re worried a human might be getting it for free? Get real. Culver’s charges $1 for a for a scoop plus a milk bone, DD does a big whipped cream cup with a munchkin, other places do decent portions, I don’t mind paying. If you guys are too cheap to put more than the tip of a spoons worth of ice cream for a dog don’t even bother. I rat wouldn’t have been satisfied with that serving. Last time we got a normal size scoop. Absolutely ridiculous for the money spent here. I went in and paid $2.10 for a 1 scoop for my dog and the worker was sarcastic pointing to the line where the ice cream should have been. It wasn’t even to that line! Maybe don’t get smart with a customer in the 1st place. Terrible attitude from employees inside. Girl doing drive thru even seemed embarrassed by the pup cup as she handed it to us.

My daughter got a medium vanilla cone dipped in chocolate, and I got a banana split costed $10.75 in total. The banana split came in a very small container. Could have just went to Frosty Freeze, paid less and got more.

Literally just left there from getting a small Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard. And I was starting to eat it and I looked down at it to get another spoon and it was a long strand of hair in it I would’ve drove back but I was half way home already. NO ice cream because I threw it away after that AND $6 bucks down the damn drain.. Make them wear hair coverings while preparing people food that’s unsanitary..
