I paid $7 for a Blizzard that was basically plain soft-serve with barely any Reese’s cups mixed in. The mix-ins are the whole point of a Blizzard, and this one was seriously lacking.
I’m not trying to be dramatic.. mistakes happen, but for the price, this was disappointing. I’d really just like it made right, whether that’s a properly made Blizzard or a small credit/gift card for next time.
I usually enjoy DQ, which is why this stood out.

Went to buy cupcakes. I asked a man behind the counter if I can have something to put them in? he says like a container? And I say yes. He walked away from me and never came back. So I carried them individually to the counter. They are clearly marked $3.99 each. Yet they ring up $4.19 each. When I asked about the price discrepancy, the girl behind the counter says that they forgot to change the price and there’s nothing that she can do. Do I want them or not? Someone should teach hospitality to everyone in there, including the owner, who was the man that I asked for the container from in the beginning.

I forgot to get the names of the crew that made me & my daughter have the best day! From jump they were so nice. The man who brought the food out to us, fist bumped baby & talked with her about bluey. The lady at the register let her go make her own icecream cone & my daughter was ecstatic! I went to Dairy Queen this evening and was very happy with the customer service. I was greeted by a young man by the name of Kareem and he was very kind. When I had received my food, it was given to me by a young man named Jackson who was very sweet and kind. The food was excellent and I am satisfied. Shouts out to Kareem and Jackson!

I had a great experience at Dairy Queen, and I have to give a special shoutout Mahdi! He went above and beyond with his customer service—super friendly, fast, and made sure everything was just right. You can tell he really cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. My m&m blizzard was great (as always), but Mahdi definitely made the visit even better. Give that man a raise!

I am never going to this location again. The person taking my order was rude and short with me. He was annoyed that I had a coupon. He also didn’t tell me my total before I pulled to the window. When I got there, the girl told me my total without the coupon and never mentioned anything about it. No biggie, it happens. When I tried to politely inform her that I had a coupon she just said “yeah “ and quickly snatched my card and coupon out of my hand before telling me whether or not she applied my coupon. They guy who brought my order to my car was actually nice to me. However, when I got home, I realized that my food was crudely thrown in the bag. My onion rings were smushed and touching my receipt which is unsanitary. And our burgers look like someone sat on them. This was unacceptable. I worked a 12 hour shift and didn’t deserve that treatment or to get my smashed and thrown around. I’m never returning. The North Ridgeville location has nicer employees.

Ordered a large meal but was given a medium food was bland no flavor and staff was rude and snotty the upcharge for a blizzard was 4 dollars and the prices were ridiculous 2.29 for a ice cream cone like really I went to the one across town and paid only 12.89 for a large of the exact same thing talk about price gouging. Don’t go here unless you want to pay outrageous prices for something that you can get across town for cheaper. They did have a friendly atmosphere and only the manager was rude that’s why only 2 stars

Came here after going to Walgreens to cool myself down with a blue raspberry slushie. It was good and everything until I looked closer at what I was drinking. Sad to say but I found contamination of some sort and I stopped drinking my fresh beverage I just got.
