November 17 2025 7 pm they changed there hamburgers to absolute garbage. Dairy Queen used to be good burgers not fake premade crap. Definitely won’t eat her again the food is not the same !!

I’ve been here twice now and it is always so good! This last time we took our dog with us, and the employees just loved meeting our dog. Everyone is so helpful and courteous. If we have any questions, the employees are eager to answer them. Our food always comes out quick, and tastes so good! This is our go-to place when we visit Plattsmouth.

Dairy Queen has the best onion rings! They love to support the local community fundraising efforts as well 🙂 There is a drive-thru and indoor seating open until 8pm. Plenty of dessert options as well as fast food burgers and chicken meals. I love to get all the sides! The pretzels are really good as well.

The food is way too expensive for them to be constantly forgetting to put my orders together correctly. This location they often forget to put dipping sauces in with your order – multiple times ive gotten chicken tender meals with straight up no sauce and i wont notice till i get home. Then just last night i got an oreo blizzard but they left all the oreo at the bottom of the cup and just didnt mix it? Its crazy. Every time you eat here its usually between $20-$40 and they forget sauces or serve unmixed blizzards? It feels terrible. It sucks too because when the order is correct the food SLAPPS like dairy queen is so good when the order is correct but dang… i been burned too many times now…

I’ve only recently started eating dq burgers. Why is this a secret? They are making the best fast food burger in town! I’ve come back 3 times in a week craving their burgers and each time it’s been perfect. Why aren’t they advertising this?! Eat their sugar cream if you want but I go for the burgers. I can’t believe I’ve been missing out all this time.

So I went and got about $36 worth of food. That’s 2 meals. Asked for no bacon on my sandwich because bacon makes me sick. Asked for 2 honey mustards for the chicken strip meal and I got all the way home and sat down to eat and I had bacon on my sandwich. Thats honestly no the problem though. I can pick that off. However there was no honey mustard at all. I checked the recipe and it says on there 2 honey mustards. I drove all the way there and right as I get there the lobby closed. So I had to get in the drive through line. The line was out to the street. I got cut off by 2 people and cussed at by another. All I wanted was honey mustard. This is very frustrating as I just got off work and wanted to just relax. I normally would not make a big deal out of it but it seems every time I go there and get something they cant do simple things. I know that I’m very clear with instructions as I know how it sounds from the inside. Just very frustrated and honestly not a great experience.

Ordered two deluxe double cheese burgers online. I got one. I told them I ordered two and showed them my online order. They said that means two cheeses. I asked why are there pictures of two double cheese burgers, they said they could add another cheese burger to my order. Will not return.
