We went to the Sedro-Woolley Dairy Queen yesterday, I will never eat there again. The building was filthy. Garbage was overflowing on floor. No napkins,or lids for drinks. There were 2 ladders laying in the dining area. Outside dining was locked and had rusty furniture that you wouldn’t dare sit on. The person in charge was rude and unprofessional to his employees, yelling at one of his employees in front of a lobby of people. From behind the counter you could see the blizzard machine and area around it which was filthy. We received our food which was luke warm and tasted terrible!

The drive tru line was extremely long, so I parked my car and went in to order. Apparently, the line for walk in is separated and I got served very fast.

If you must have a blizzard, it’s what you do. This DQ is better then most. We stop here on our way back from baker lake every year and hasn’t disappointed yet. Mint Oreo is my favorite.

I asked for 2 things- a chili dog with onions and a blizzard but the cashier couldn’t pay attention long enough to remember what I asked for. So I had to spend 15 more minutes going through the drive-through a second time and was met with attitude when I asked them to make it right. Boo.

Just ordered the fudge cheesecake Blizzard mini size at Sedro Woolley Dari Queen. No fudge! They manage to foul orders up two out of five visits or more. Staff needs to pay more attention to what they are doing.

Everytime I get anything ice cream like, it’s always sloppy and watery. The location is filthy and they don’t give sauces for any kind of orders that would normally come with them. Ordered a blue misty slush and it tasted like chemicals. Even though the people are nice, they have needed a revamp for a long time now

I’m not sure if they were overwhelmed when I was there or if it was that they were all very young folks working and just don’t know what they’re doing. I’d like to give them the benifit of the doubt. The poor girl at the register didn’t know her way around the screens on the register and it took her quite a while for every order. That’s understandable as everyone has to learn. But once there were 3 or 4 customers waiting an abnormally long time and one lady was finally asking for her money back, one of the younger employees went to the back to get the manager. When he came out to help, he looked like he was not happy to have to leave his office and offered nothing to make the lady happy after having her wait for over 10 minutes. Additionally, the manager had, what I consider a long beard. Now don’t get me wrong…I like beards and think anyone that can grow one should! But, a long beard is no place for a food worker unless it is covered…. which his was not. Fortunately for me I only ordered a shake or I would’ve just left at that point. While it’s hard to mess up a shake, sadly, mine turned out to be ice cream around the sides of the cup with milk in the middle. I’m sorry for leaving such a negative impression of this store. Hopefully the owners see this and make the appropriate changes.

This location is dirty and disgusting. There’s no curb appeal or any decent landscaping and the building is covered in a black mold or Moss especially on the roof. It’s clear the owner doesn’t have any pride of ownership and the people that work there clearly hate their job. It brings in a bad crowd in a busy intersection and it is very uninviting on the inside and out. It’s unfortunate that the owner lacks responsibility for the upkeep of this property because Dairy Queen is a good establishment. But not this location. You have been warned.
