I will say that the service was great, everyone’s very friendly. Regardless of that, there needs to be hair nets warn while cooking the food. I found this long black hair not just in or on my 5 year olds chicken strips, but literally cooked in one.

Food quality was so awful that I had to toss my entire order. I would never recommend this location to anyone. The banana split came out looking like this (see photo) and the misty slush was melted from when they handed it to me. It also tasted like chemicals.

Waited 25 MINUTES for a basic 3 piece meal.
Saw 3 cars go through drive while I was waiting. 25+ minutes for ONE 3 Piece chicken strip meal is insane. They have no sense of urgency here.

Terrible experience. Ordered the biggest chicken strip basket they had and they tried to charge me .90 cents for a BBQ sauce.. like what!? And then to make matters worse i found a long black hair in my fris… I didn’t even get 1 bbq in the bag either. I’ll never come back to this hole in the wall. Cocky, disrespectful high school kids for employees.

Be ready for a long wait, even on a cool day. The parking lot was never designed for such volume, be wary of where you need to get in line. I like the burgers, fries, and ice cream. The pretzel sticks with queso sauce are lovely. Tonight I believe they over-filled my peanut buster parfait on purpose, which is such a bummer since I try to be as polite as possible as well as wear a mask in drive through. I’m sorry for going shortly before closing, but I don’t deserve a sticky, ice cream trap.

The 3 brunette chick’s, skinny chick in black shirt, heavy chick red shirt with curly hair, and shorter chick in Grey shirt, are all unprofessional, rude, lazy and should not be allowed to speak to customers. They lack the manners to greet guests as they walk in, blatantly ignored me and my sister for 10 minutes, before they even served us 2 other people had to walk in for them to even acknowledged us. They only apologized about the wait to the guests after us, after they served the entire drive through line before the 4 guests waiting in the lobby. The ice creams were even half melted by the time they gave them to us.

I’m surprised this place is still open, whereas the one in Damascus (the better one, IMO) closed down. Bad, depressing atmosphere at this DQ. Looks a bit dirty as well.

When we came in, it was very busy. We waited several minutes and no one acknowledge is or said anything. Even just a little eye contact or “Be right with you” something. We were about to walk out and the cashier finally came over. Yelled over us for online and to go orders, helped them and then finally took our order. Not very friendly service but the food was good.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I’m not sure what is wrong with this DQ, as I have been to MANY over the years. Not sure if its management lacking or what but the staff sucks. Had to repeat my order back to them multiple times and they still couldn’t figure out what I wanted. I order a M&M blizzard with chocolate ice cream. Today I was told they dont have chocolate ice cream so I suggested putting chocolate syrup in to make it chocolate. Since they were clearly having a hard time hearing I didn’t even ask why or when they got rid of chocolate ice cream but I was okay with it since they could still make it. After placing an order for four blizzards and getting to the window to pay the girl at the window asked if we wanted a drink carrier and lids. I said yes to the drink carrier but no to the lids. She asked again since I guess the first time didn’t go through to her. She didn’t flip any of the blizzards upside down, put lids on them, handed them out the window and said “there you go”. You could tell she didn’t like her job at all. Wasnt enthusiastic at all. I get home and open all the lids. If it wasnt for the fact that mine had M&Ms in it I seriously wouldn’t have been able to tell if it was my blizzard or not. Luckily I have chocolate syrup, a Ninja blender and a functioning brain so I fixed my blizzard at home. At that point I didn’t want to go back and have to deal with the people working there for my own sanity. I also ordered the dinosaur blizzard for my brother which he had tried before at another location. He told me he was super disappointed because the first one he had was amazing and this one didn’t taste right at all. If you are looking for a good ice cream place in the Happy Valley area I would suggest going to Baskin Robin’s. Sub Zero in the Clackamas Town Center is pretty cool too. Mc Donald’s would be a good drive thru option. Literally any other place would be a good option.
