Overall, the food was cooked correctly, but I had to wait 6 to 7 minutes to get my order. I was constantly asked in the drive through huh, what? What was that? Which is upsetting when you’re having to repeat yourself constantly over and over and over once pulled to the drive through window. I had.
To wait an additional 4 minutes for my order.Which isn’t a big deal but when I’m asked.Why do I have to pull up?And how much longer on my food?Because there’s people behind you.Was the answer I received by far?The food is fresh.Yes, but honestly the customer service goes a lot further.I will not be coming back here

So it’s been some time since I’ve come here in awhile but I gave it a chance this location used to be the best location where me and my family came too. Everything was always fresh hence the wait time which I never minded. But once again a problem. Cheese left off of the number 3. They fixed it thank you guys for that. Heard the price from the order window thought that’s a little steep only to realize I was never charged for combos but separately charged everything perfectly fine. Money is only a substitute for the things we want in life. Thought I should say . Hopefully you guys start running a business instead of stuck in the ways of hustling the customers who are the reason you have your jobs. Yes I believe in team first customer first. But question where was your customer service as far as what I specifically asked for?? But it could’ve just been me the manager recognized me and rolled her eyes. Either way wish you guys the best and hope you’ll figure it out before it’s too late. Seen too many good places go down the drain. I’m sure it’s not this way for every customer “I hope”

Shout out to Kaitlyn (name on receipt) for trying to divert our attention from cups of milk you gave us as a blizzard. Also closing window as you saw it drip on our hands and make mess in car which we cleaned. The red head that came out and got us new blizzard.. thanks. Wish I knew your name you were awesome! She turned it upside down too which Kaitlyn did not. Probably because it would have smeared all over her hands. I’m sorry if you’re having a bad day Kaitlyn but you don’t have to act like this and hope your week is better

Horrible service we went to get lunch and the food was cold and when we had came back through and asked if they could get us fresh food they claimed it was fresh they said “it was made within the last 15 mins” um that is not fresh and they said with additude that they could remake it after throwing the food on the floor but it would be 20 mins or so, over all not happy and horrible service they need to shut down and retrain the staff
