The rice was like biting into rock pebbles; the chicken was days old. I went back to the counter and asked them who is the manager. They all looked at me like I had horns coming out of my head. I told them this was unacceptable and asked if they had a conscience. She looked at me and said sir, it was at the bottom of our pan. It’s what we had to offer. I told her I’d run companies; this is the worst I’ve ever seen from Bojangles. She apologized, and the rest looked at me stunned people. Then I sat there and berated every one of them. I told her when the food was days old and looked like pebbles. You don’t hand it to people. You throw it away. The whole crew started running around in circles, and each avoided me like 12-year-old. I then said guys, I’m not done with you. I will make a lot of noise about this meal with the corporate office. If you want to keep your jobs and the store open, you better run it right. It was the worst incompetent Bojangles. I think I’ve ever been, too.

We had a pretty unfortunate experience, waited in the drive through for almost 10 minutes as they neglected to tell anyone about the wait for biscuits, the woman at the counter was incredibly sweet but from the window you could see most of the staff just standing talking and laughing while they had a line inside tbe restaurant and a line almost to the road on the drive thru.
We witnessed staff cross contaminate putting raw sausage on the grill with unwashed bare hands and go back to mixing a substance in a piture with a whisk aswell as touch multiple cook surfaces afterwards without a handwash in sight or gloves.
My order was wrong unfortunately I was given biscuits and gravey when I ordered bo berry biscuits and was charged extra for the extra icing aswell as getting charged for honey mustard which was never received. Overall just a horrible experience ide recommend the one on the other side of town

Terrible!!! Ordered a tailgate box, told us it would be a 15 minute wait. We watched my parents eat their meal while we waited. 30 minutes later we asked about our food, showed the receipt with time stamp, they said all they had was thighs! But continued handing food out the drive thru. We got a refund and left hungry. Never even gave us any drink cups

So does a eight piece family meal now mean you get four pieces of shriveled chicken that appears to have been under a heat lamp for at least two hours and four burnt biscuits that are hard as rocks? Ordered dinner through drive-thru but didn’t check it until we got home. Tried to call the store five times to request a refund or credit, nobody even picks up the phone. Filled out an online complaint form, we’ll see what happens. Won’t be back to that location either way.

You will wait and you will get the wrong order or they will be out of something. If the owner would step up and get the kids he has working off their phones to do their jobs.

For the love of god just take the extra 5 minutes to drive to the blowing rock location. I always come here out of convenience but I regret it almost every single time.
•This place will get your order wrong or short you more than half the time
•Chicken tenders WILL be the size of nuggets
•Almost always short staffed = high waits
•High probability there will be NO biscuits
I went today and got told at the window that they were out of biscuits (AFTER I handed them my cash) and what I got in place of a biscuit was an utterly underbaked raw cookie (pictured). This is the sorriest excuse of a bojangles I have ever gone to.
