Absolutely disgusting. This place is filthy. Does NOT smell nice.Would have been nice not to eat with buggers next to me on the wall, Tons of dead flys on the window seals, and my pic does not do it justice. We already had our food when we noticed. I wouldn’t go in the bathroom! HIRE A CLEANING CREW because your staff is NOT doing the work!!!!!

Stopped on our way to Lubbock and kids ordered dipped cones and blizzards. Cashier attendant was nice and courteous, order came out pretty quickly and all tasted good. Building is not the best but decent and well maintained.

I didn’t feel welcome, even at their drive thru. It was confirmed for me after I received my Coke, only to find out that it was a Diet Coke. I was already asked to pull forward and I went inside to correct their mistake. No apologies and when I expressed my distaste for the drink, he already l knew that it was a Diet drink instead of what I asked for.

We went through the drive through about an hour ago. We had to repeat the order 3 times because the kid wasn’t paying attention to what was going on. We got to the window and he didn’t greet us at all. He took our credit card and handed it back and asked if we wanted a receipt. My husband said yes and it took him a while to get it. He handed us our bag without a word. He didn’t hand out the blizzard we ordered so we sat and waited for him to come to the realization that he’d missed something. He opened the window and said “what were the drinks again?” and I told him that he’d forgotten about the blizzard. It took him a while to get it and he finally handed it to my husband with a smirk. I ordered a HEATH BAR blizzard. By the time I realized that it was wrong, we were already home. He gave me a BUTTERFINGER blizzard instead of a HEATH BAR blizzard. From beginning to end, he showed us that he didn’t care about what he was doing, he didn’t care about doing it correctly, he flat out DID NOT CARE and it showed. I’m so tired of people who don’t care about doing a good job. Just there for a paycheck, no matter how you get it.
