One of my favorite childhood treats with a butter Scotch Dilly bar! I’ve traveled many many states over the years stopped at many DQs and nobody seems to serve those anymore I walked into the Mayfield dairy Queen and low and behold boom!! Butterscotch Dilly bar I got. I felt like I won a mini lottery. And the staff was so polite! Good job guys

This is a wonderful dairy Queen. They have excellent people that work there. Very caring, very giving, very pleasant and very respectful I was in need of a large chocolate with chocolate ice cream made malt and they made it beautifully. It was absolutely wonderful. It is my go-to treat when I need to reward myself and God lets me do that once in awhile lol. Not too often because he is taking the weight off of me. Not trying to put it back on LOL. Everything in moderation he says and I love dairy Queen who doesn’t. It’s a wonderful place to go and get a nice treat and it’s a great way to reward yourself and this store is at the top of my list of places to go to reward myself. I will continue to come to this store because they have wonderful beautiful people that work there and I enjoy it. It immensely. After being rushed at the drive thru speaker with a rude attitude from the manager on the other end. We paid and immediately were asked to go park in the curbside. Then they came out repeated our order then gave us someone else’s order. When I went in they apologized and then immediately took the food i was given to me immediately to another customer. Then was told i was supposed to park in spot #2, yet at the window i was told spot #1. I had to wait inside for my order to be ready and I checked and it seemed to be good. Except neither of my burgers were made how they were ordered and they did not reflect the recipe. Very Disappointed with service as well as the way the manager was sitting down ordering around her workers with disrespect as I was waiting for my order. Especially for my Order when it was not busy at all at 12pm on a Sunday.

Went to the drive-through not busy at all and asked for a bacon-cheese hunger-buster, and they completely forgot to add the bacon… also only added one tomato slice( idk how many they are supposed to do but I had assumed it would be two slices). Window clerk was very nice

Twice last week we got orders with soggy buns. We specifically requested no onions and got onions. The one that I was most frustrated with was them asking me if a medium drink was OK with my meal. I thought it came with the meal and said yes. Only to find out my meal was upcharged.
The did give me a new order with no onions and the bun was fresh, not soggy. But I did not get a good feeling from the folks behind the counter. No one ever offered to refund the up charge. It made me feel like this was just how they do business. I think some extra training in customer service is warranted.

We recently moved and we were no longer close to a Mayfield Dairy Queen. We ate at a non-mayfield DQ, and let me tell you that I am convinced that Mayfield is doing it right. Friendly staff, fresh food, amazing environment. Oh, and did I mention homemade root beer?? Do yourself a favor and drive to the next town and find a Mayfield! Now, if Mayfield did breakfast, I would totally buy stocks in DQ!

While picking up an order for Uber Eats, there was a bit of an issue as the order I was there for was already picked up by another driver but was never confirmed nor did the customer receive their food. The manager was very professional smoothing everything out and the food was remade in a timely manner. While I was waiting, an employee named Kaleb made quite a positive impression on me! He asked me if I would like a free drink and was extremely accommodating, friendly, and just overall a vibrant and warm person. It was obvious to see he enjoyed his job and was an all around people person. We need more Kaleb’s in this world! Thank you for going above and beyond sir! You are a special young man

I didn’t know DQ had chicken an and dumplings! It was recommended by Savannah. I wasn’t sure at first…i was there for TACOS! lol but i gave in and thought ok why not??

We usually don’t do fast food. We dined in. Seriously excellent quality food, the entire restaurant is sparkling clean. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The digital soda machine is really cool. Looks 50’s style but futuristic interface. Got to try their cheese curds with marinara (which is nicely oversized) and/or ranch. Like mini cheese sticks, taste just like the ones I had up north. The burgers are always on point. Try the four meat four cheese add bacon & jalapenos.
