Been coming here often. They have the best tacos and burgers. Ordered drive through today it was easy to order. We didnt wait at all for our 3 combos. The food was hot and freash had 2 burger combos and 1 chicken strip meal. Very friendly drive through staff thank you!

I ordered a banana split and while the taste was fine, the ice cream was already halfway melted by the time I got it. The biggest issue though was the service. We went through the drive-thru and it took nearly 30 minutes just to get to the window.
At one point, I actually got out of the car to see what was going on inside. What I saw was the employees working for a bit, then stopping to chat, then working again, then stopping again. Even the manager was right there in the middle of it, laughing and talking with them. I’m all for enjoying your job, but not when there’s a long line of customers waiting.
Another thing that bothered me was when the girl at the window held onto my card even after I got the notification on my phone that the charge had gone through. She shut the window and just kept it for a while before handing it back, which felt very strange. I’m not accusing anyone of anything, but it was weird enough that I made a note of it in case something goes wrong with my card later.
This service has been a problem every time I’ve come to this location, and I won’t be returning. Sadly, it’s the only DQ in Kyle, but it’s not worth the frustration or the uneasy feeling. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.

Drove through the area with some family. Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. We had a great time, experienced no line and had a quick service and received our food promptly. It was delicious although the chicken wrap had quiet a small sized chicken strip on both. And the soda machine was down. But we were made aware that hi-c tea lemonade and water are still available. Things like that never really bother me. It is what it is. Lol everything else looked and tasted great. Here’s a few pictures of our grub time….

Ordered chicken strips and was given another type of meat? The cashier took my card so I can pay for my order and held onto it and walked where I could not see her. Will never go here again.

Went with grandson to get a bd cake and had lunch. Super clean and the staff was so helpful. I am used to DQ’s being outdated and ran by kids on their first jobs and not caring. This location was spotless and you could see the work station which was being cleaned constantly. You could see all the staff cared about the job they were doing with all smiles. What a good experience.

I absolutely loved this Dairy Queen. The food was fresh, ice cream wasn’t watery, and the customer service was fast and easy. I love dairy Queen but hate going to the San Marcos locations because they’re good is always old and ice cream is literally like water. 10/10 recommend the one in Kyle

I’ve been here a few times and it’s always just mediocre. Drive thru is always packed and takes forever. I should have known better today but it was hot and I wanted something sweet sooo bad. I waited 15 minutes for my orange cream shake just to get a cool, not cold, watered down cup of what tasted like milk after you’re done with the cereal. Yes I’m too nice to complain I was also in a hurry and yes I still drank it cause $4 is $4 smh

This Dairy Queen is horrible!!! Waited in line for an hour in the drive thru. The parking lot is chaotic and we only ordered 2 blizzards and they couldn’t even make those right. The blizzards were practically water by the time we got them and the cups they gave us were all full of ice cream and toppings on the outside of the cup. Horrible!! They need to rehire or add new employees and possibly think about making it bigger to accommodate all the customers.

I ordered a 6 PC chicken tender basket in drive through along with a couple other meals for the family, drove 15 mins home, only to find 3 tenders in my box. They dont even have a 3 tender meal it’s either a 4 or 6 PC. Ridiculous that I should have to count the tenders in the drive through line to make sure my meal is correct. Sorry thing is this is the only DQ in kyle. So I’ll just be driving to San marcos from now on.

Do they not flip Blizzards upside down anymore?? Mr. Isaac just handed my husband a melting Blizzard without even attempting the flip — it was literally dripping out of the cup. Then he tried to blame it on ‘extra cheesecake’ like that’s a valid excuse. Unacceptable. Do better.”!
