Was not worth stopping for the food. Burger was cold the cheese did not even melt that’s how cold it was. Catsup was a little bit on one side a little Squirt. And it looked like someone wrapped it up and pressed there hand down on it. . They asked me how it was and I told them. I got a ok thank you for coming. No I’m sorry can I get you a nother one nothing. Ice cream is fantastic.

Slow. Very slow nobody does anything. Just standing around. Food looks gross.
Update: wrote this 2 years ago and haven’t visited again until tonight. They are still horrible. Very sad that this restaurant cannot get it together.
Updated: Still no difference. If anything it is worse. Took my daughter for ice cream. The store is not clean at all. I wish there were more options in this town.

Update! I dont know why but they are very stingy with topings. Charged me extra for grilled onions ( that wound have been there raw anyways) and gave me like 5 ringlets. And I’ve had issues like barely any jalitos on a previous burger. Clean pretty restraunt. . requesting extra anything is near impossible Manager seems weird about putting very little toppings. Ie. Jalapeños, grilled onions, ect. Even on a standard order.

Me and my family came to DQ expecting what we ordered my mom had to go back 4 times there was 4 people and so we ordered 4 burgers and i ordered a burger all the way with a blizzard i couldn’t even eat in peace with my family because SOMETHING was missing they gave us 1 small fry for 4 people and the staff was so rude too they made us pay when they made all the mistakes And the tables aren’t even cleaned we were eating on a sticky table with the other tables with napkins and all kinds of mess,and not to mention the constant ringing of the phone do they not pick up or sum? & i never got my blizzard the table next to us ordered the same time we did they didn’t get their food they got their fries and they were cold y’all need to step up or sum cus we expect good food and good service it’s been A HOUR step up?!

The food was cold. Had to throw away my fries because they were so cold. There was one car in front of me, and it seemed like they took forever, so there’s no reason for my fries to have been cold, and when your cheese isn’t even melted on your burger you just know that it wasn’t fresh. I would have gone back, but I was just driving through on my way to Kingsville.

Today they were a little packed so I order and someone else came in and order. They got multiple calls and made those orders. The people who went in before me order more than me and got theirs first. I waited 22 minutes for my order which was just chicken strips. So today it was bad but normally it doesn’t take that long. So I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else

Always poor service. The wait is always long .. Talking bout they only have 3 employees working including the management … How is that? It’s bad enough our small town doesn’t have options on where to eat that we end up driving out of town.. So many times We avoid eating at dq in San Diego, service is poor! & it took many bad experiences… Before i finally got upset… Wanna make it clear also.. Always the evening..
Update: apparently when my son asks for help, they laugh at him & ignore him. I guess people that work for Dq S.D. especially the manager are petty .. i just wanna say. I don’t care.. I’m not an employee there. You are & if u don’t know your job description.. Then why do you work there I’m glad I’m not the owner.. Paying people to stand around
