As other reviewers have stated, the employees working here are so unprofessional. I’m specifically speaking of a man and woman at the front counter on 8/6. Attitudes, rolling eyes, being impatient, not being helpful. RUDE RUDE RUDE. There was no air conditioning so maybe they were all disgruntled about that, but just beyond awful experience for how they treated myself and my children. I was getting a photo of the menu board to post and was scolded by the man who demanded “I better not be in that photo”…no sir, you were not, nor would I have done that.
Food was mediocre. Wouldn’t come back to this location ever again. It was convenient as we were on that side of town, but won’t ever stop in again. Hopefully they got the air conditioning issue fixed because it was not pleasant to sit inside and the ice cream melted very quickly where my kids couldn’t finish theirs.

I don’t know why this dairy Queen doesn’t have five stars. Let’s talk about the food. The cheeseburger – the vegetables fresh and the bacon was CRUNCHY!! The chicken fried steak strips are GINORMOUS! We upgraded to large fries and drinks and we couldn’t finish them! Generous portions is an understatement! The fries were perfect! Hot, crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside. Staff was friendly, helpful & smiling! Dairy Queens across the country, take note! THIS IS HOW YOU DQ!! ❤️

We did takeout from here last Friday night for dinner. We ordered a Taco Salad, and two entrees of Tacos. All of the food was good. Good customer service. We’ve visited this location many times over the years and usually get their Blizzards, and Tender Baskets. We will definitely return again and would highly recommend you visit this location.

First off, I’m sorry for stopping by an hour before yall closed! It was my daughters last night in town and they dont have Dairy Queen where she attends school so we wanted to get a visit in before she flew out the next day.
Anyway, to the employees:
I tried so hard not to cry at the store that I had to walk away and sit at a table and wait for my husband to finish ordering… my son is 7 and has autism and adhd. With that comes a condition called echolalia. He was chatting yalls heads off and every single one of you were so polite and sweet. We truly truly dont get that. We get stares, we get criticism, we get emotional abuse and have even been followed to our car. But yall were just so nice.
The cashier with the beautifully colored hair, mija thankyou thankyou thankyou! I’m trying not to cry as I type this because having my son be SEEN by people is what I wish for every single day and yall gave us that. He wasnt ignored, he was respected and he even understood that. He has been telling me since that day that he wants to go back and when I get paid again, we will.
I just cant thank yall enough and I hope the owners see this! Yall have amazing employees! Even the drive thru employees were very nice, everyone was helping everyone. It was a well oiled machine.

This location is on point!! Ordered the Mint Oreo Blizzard and it was delicious the cookies were not overly grinded which made the chunky cookie pieces hit the spot!! My cousin’s banana split was huge and also perfectly made! Tenisha the cashier had a super sweet spirit and was super kind and welcoming to everyone coming in!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK Y’ALL!!!

I wanted to give yall my review on the tacos from hell handmade by the devil lol hot damn. They taste better than they look!
When you first pull the taco tray out of the #DairyQueen bag you get an instant firey smell of repentance. I ate my first one and thought “oooh these are delicious! I can eat 100 of these!!!” But then the heat sinked in and I absolutely had to get myself a glass of milk. I truly thought the “cool lime sauce” would help beat the heat but nope never even tasted it.
the reaper temporarily numbed my tongue!!!!
While eating my second taco, I kid you not a little voice in my head said, “I want my mommy.” I have no idea where that voice came from. That was so unbelievably scorching hot that I couldn’t even try to eat the third taco.
I texted my friend, “they are too hot! I couldn’t eat the last taco!”
My friend responded, “but maybe you could.”
And you know what?
That little bit of possibility and inspiration pushed me to chomp down that third taco!!!! I did it!!!!
If you love spicy food THE CAROLINA REAPER TACOS from Dairy Queen are a MUST TRY!!!!!!!! I wouldn’t say they are enjoyable but more cravable.

I obviously can’t speak for all of them, but most of the employees I’ve interacted with have been so rude or unprofessional. Takes a while to get through and get your food. Food itself is fine when you get the right order, but the attitude of the employees just makes me not want to go back.
