I’m so disappointed, me and my mom come all the time and have always have great service and decent food. Tonight my husband and I stopped by and he was actually served this. They took it off of the tab but they looked at this and sent it out . Our server didn’t check on us at all so we could tell her about the food , until she brought the check . Very disappointing!

Everyone was welcoming upon arrival, service didnt take that long but wondering why this place doesnt offer military discounts – yet they have a display of different veterans hats on the walls from all branches. Food was good & waitress was so sweet and attentive but that minor detail would discourage me from referral or returning being that my entire party of four are all veterans who served. Take down the display/ or decor then because its misleading if you arent a supporter.

I had a fantastic dine-in experience at Big Time Diner. The burger was juicy and perfectly cooked, paired with crispy, golden fries that hit the spot. The highlight was the milkshake which was rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and the retro atmosphere added to the charm. Highly recommend for a classic comfort meal done right!

Have not been to Big Time Diner in more than a year. Was eager to go today and it did not disappoint. Had the Hamburger Steak Blue Plate Special and it was as good as always. The service was great fast and friendly! Make sure to try their seafood gumbo. As good as always. If you have time try the chocolate milk shake as good as any ice cream shopped.

Hostess stand is hidden, let it be known it is not seat yourself.
Service is pitiful, actually felt bad for the other patrons of the restaurant.
Everything here is additional charge, no entrees come with sides.
Place needs a cleaning bad, Loud atmosphere, only thing keeping this place open is the diner atmosphere and the old regulars.
Asked two different server for napkins beside our server, because we already asked her for napkins and none of them brought napkins.
Lack of service or care, not sure.
A special needs patron walked in, and staff stopped and stared at the special needs patron.

Had such a good time , the food was good and the atmosphere was like walking back in time to your favorite local diner. We had the blue plate special. It was a meat with three sides. We are looking forward to going in to try more things. We live in Baldwin county and this is in Mobile. Well worth our drive. We both got the fried fish.

Just an easy place to eat at. We had a good waitress but the place does need a good cleaning. However the greens were very well prepared & incredibly tasty. My husband had the chicken Philly and it was delicious.

Food was good but half of the sides / courses were old and stale tasting. Then I turned out to get severe food poisoning that night for the next few days. I’m just now well enough to write this review after severe vomiting and nearly getting a fever. Nope not a stomach bug. I don’t know what’s going on in that kitchen, but I’m mad I wasted so much money just to lose money by getting extremely Ill and having to call sick and cancel everything planned for the next 2-3 days. I’m so mad…. And in pain UGH! I would do one star but that makes my review able to be removed so I’m doing 2 stars

First time ever going. Staff were friendly. Food was mediocre. The kids didn’t complain too much about their food however my daughters chili cheese dog fell apart and looked burnt. My fiancé got a Philly cheese steak poboy. Steak has absolutely no flavor and was very chewy. The mashed potatoes were instant and terrible. My grilled chicken was pretty good. Might be back in the future. Undecided at this moment.
