5 stars because even though the building is in need of updating and this location is frequently understaffed, the employees always seem to be doing their best. Even with impatient and rude customers to deal with, they keep their cool and keep the orders coming out as best they can.

This Dairy Queen was understaffed during our visit. We awaited 15-20 minutes for our order. We felt bad for the workers, because there were only 3 people for what seemed like 20 people.
