Lunch consisted off 3 Texas t brand tacos and mini confetti cake blizzard. IT’S TRUE! Blizzards can be turned upside down!! Tacos were good but could’ve used more seasoning like garlic and onion powder. Blizzard was good but I could tell the cake pieces weren’t moist. I was still hungry so I ordered another meal: cheeseburger, fries and drink. Lady offered me a vanilla cone for waiting. Great customer service and efficient. I did feel a little rushed to make a decision at the speaker by the older gentleman. Overall, I’d return to this location.

Came to this location at 9:00 PM hoping to enjoy my food fresh in the lobby. Hours on the door say 10:30 PM but the door was locked. When I questioned the staff member he said that they lock the doors at 8:30 so they can clean the lobby if this is the case then why not update the hours on the door. Maybe train the drive thru personnel some drive thru etiquette and how to be patient because he kept rushing me. I just drove off totally not worth it I’ll spend my money else where. Reporting to the BBB. ☺️

Why corporate lets this place get away with not honoring any of the DQ specials is beyond me and they haven’t had a sign out front for over a year plus the fries are never fresh and the burgers are kept in grease and recooked an ex employees told

My husband and I recently visited and ordered burgers specifically without pickles or onions. Unfortunately, our order arrived with both included. Additionally, there appeared to be only two employees working at the time, despite multiple customers waiting, which may have contributed to the mistake. We believe staffing improvements and greater attention to order details would greatly enhance the customer experience.

Only come once in a while ordered a banana split told them no whip cream. The girl added whip on it and then the hid it so I wouldn’t see it and scraped it out instead of making a new one.. then she put extra fudge to hide the whip. SMH…

The manager of tonight‘s shift has an attitude problem. I ordered a number four. They got my order wrong so I turned around and came back was not upset about. It just told them that it was made wrong and could they please fix it he swore up and down That he asked me if I wanted mayonnaise and I know he did not ask me that because if he did, I would have said no because I am allergic to mayonnaise. It was such an inconvenience for him to remake my burger.

THE ICE CREAM IS ALWAYS MELTED. I live 5 min down the road and I ALWAYS come home to melted ice cream. They serve it like this every time I go here & I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. This is why I always drive out 10 min to the Richey Location because even when I get home the ice cream never looks like this. They need their ice cream machine to serve it at a colder degree.
