Just waited 10 mins in the drive-thru for a small blizzard. They couldn’t ask the car that ordered food and they would bring it out. Meanwhile I received my blizzard in a bag, with a lid, without the courtesy of a blizzard turn over and when I got to the middle it was already melted from sitting for 10 mins.

Excellent burger was prepared exactly how I requested. Hot, fresh with generous toppings which were all fresh. Fries were fresh, hot and crispy. All served to table with plenty of salt, pepper, ketchup, napkins and a smile. Stop here for a good lunch.

I believe this is a franchise store and not corporate so that would explain the poor customer service and overall lack of company standards and expectations. You won’t get your blizzard upside down, and be sure to double check your order after you leave because 90% of the time it isn’t right probably due to the crappy microphone and speaker in the drive thru. This is the case even if you repeat your order multiple times. Couldn’t tell you the operating hours or restaurant hours because they seem to make them up as you go locking the front door well before they should close. Quality is sub par, sloppy, and inconsistent. They love to overstuff your bags with too many items instead of giving you more than 1 which leads to bag tears and rips and you can guarantee you will never get napkins. Also the parking lot at night is very very dark and unlit and feels very rapey also riddled with potholes.

I was craving a pumpkin pie blizzard so bad! I ordered one in the drive-through got home took a shower got ready got in bed put on a movie. I’m ready to dig in and it’s freaking brownie batter. How gross very disappointing just shows the terrible service by the chick in the window… Rant over.

I always come for ice cream. Unfortunately when I told the lady no pineapples “as I am allergic to them” put them anyway I did not see them as they were underneath the wipe cream. I called twice and no one answered. Luckily i found my medicine as I’m due for new prescription.

Tried a side of “jalitos” which are supposed to be some fried fresh jalapeno strips… extremely greasy. Batter was falling off. Ended up throwing them away… Very disappointed the bacon burger was ok

There 2 girls working here today, a customer spilled his drink and they were above and beyond to accommodate him, asking if he needed another cup, and told him many times it’s ok they’ll clean it up, less then 5 minutes they cleaned it. These 2 need to be recognized for there hard work!
