I placed a delivery order for a 4 piece chicken strip basket with extra toast and extra gravy. I also ordered onion rings and a small blizzard. My chicken strip basket came with everything except the chicken strips, the main item. I had the order delivered because I couldn’t get it myself. I tried calling Dairy Queen for over an hour, but the line was always busy. So I paid for food I didn’t receive and couldn’t get customer service for assistance.

I’m never in Richmond but I stopped here for a quick lunch while out doing errands. This Dairy Queen was like walking into a time warp. The 90’s aesthetic is in tact from a more colorful time. The dining room is impeccably clean. Like how, because the decor is 30 years old. The service was fast and friendly. The food was fresh and well made. The blizzards were like the ones in the commercial. Like, whipped cream for days on the pumpkin pie one. The ketchup packets on my tray were literally in a neat row. The fries were beautifully packed in the little box. I cannot express how pleasant this experience was. There were funny stupid videos playing with no volume on a large tv while Sunny 99.1 was playing in the background. Everyone at this establishment is killing it. The person/people cooking and expediting are artists of fast food. Please someone give them all a raise, bonus, gifts, and rewards.

It was good service, good food and all at a great price! We tried the burger, chicken strips, and the nachos. Everyone knows ice cream is good, but the food was also.

The two ladies in the drive thru were trying to help me use my rewards points for my order but we couldn’t get it to work but they still honored them for me and granted me my order. That’s real customer service. I hope they see this and corporate and reward them for it

I took my momma to eat there and everything was good. Food came out quick, the employees were very nice. Michael took my order, he was nice. I ate double burger and momma ate steak finger basket. Very delicious.

I ordered a sandwich and a salad from Dairy Queen. When I got home and opened the bag, I realized several things were missing — no salad dressing, no forks, and not even napkins. For a meal that’s supposed to be ready to eat, this was really disappointing.
The sandwich and salad themselves were fine, but it’s frustrating, driving 10 miles to and from then you get disappointed.

Location has an interesting setup and parking is a bit weird.
The inside is probably the largest Dairy Queen I’ve ever been in. It’s clean and well managed.

It just seems to be getting worse and worse. Every time I go for a Reece’s peanut butter cup blizzard the employees seemed confused and don’t know what I’m talking about. I have to repeat myself several times before something clicks. It happened again today, receipt says pb blizzard and we were given another Oreo blizzard. The customer service is non existent as well. This place needs not only a makeover, but competent friendly staff that can take a simple order. Sad because I remember coming here when I was younger and it was always a great experience.
