Okayyyy noooo first I get served a chocolate dipped cone then she hands it to with with a napkin cause it looks like a toddler dipped it. What a mess. Then my fries were thrown upside thrown in my bag and the burger. That tasted like card board. Not even exaggerating. I am never ever coming back or recommending this location. No need for a management response cause sorry means nothing after wasting my money.

My husband and I made a dinner break stop on 9/20/25 as we traveled home to Houston. We couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised with the service from Marcus who assisted us with our order. We had such difficulty with the DQ app and he helped us with patience and thoughtfulness. We acquired access to DQ coupons with his assistance! Layla and Donald were also great in creating a perfect Blizzard and burger meals for us! Thank you all around for spectacular service and food. We will return again on our treks to and from TCU football games! The team of Marcus, Layla, and Donald is the best!!!

Worst DQ I been to in a min. Some are usually ugly looking and take forever but at least the burger is flavorful but not here. Took forever. Took my order wrong. And burger was bland.

The experience tonight was great! I love that the lobby is super clean and updated. The food was fresh. The cashier was so kind and told us he was new. We were supportive and told him to take his time while his coworker was explaining the process. The order was made correctly, and we have no complaints. We will definitely be back.

A couple weeks ago the kids did a coloring contest when we went to this location to try and win a 8 inch ice cream cake. A week or so later they called saying that all the kids won a free blizzard and then we hung up with each other. Then I got a second call saying that my niece who I took there won first place and won the ice cream cake. We went today with excited kids to claim their rewards and no one knew anything about it. At first we were told it wasn’t a blizzard it was a cone and no one won the 8inch cake. Finally after a couple minutes we were allowed to order our 4 free small blizzards and then paid for two more. After waiting about 20 minutes we were told it actually was cones so they were going to switch them to cones and then let us pick the two blizzards that’s we paid for. We requested a refund and said we would go somewhere else. They went to check again and after 5 minutes I went up there and was told the bosses boss confirmed the free blizzards were real. So we finally got all the blizzards after about 40 minutes but we never heard anything about the 8inch cake. So now my niece is devastated because we had told her based on the information from the call that she had won. I don’t blame the person at the counter for any of this.
The lack of communication and the out right lie about having a winner and then not having a winner is terrible.

Wow just wow! The cashier was not approachable she acted like taking my order was a chore to her. After taking my order she went on break didn’t even communicate with her fellow coworkers there was an order that needs to go out. An employee was cleaning above food while it was being cooked. I was the only order for dine in and still waited 10+ minutes while drive thru kept getting there stuff (3+cars)while I waited. Then they said they were waiting on fries I know because you kept using the fries for drive thru. My burger was cold my son’s burger had an ice cube in it. They froze our hot fudge sundaes so the fudge was frozen and hard and not even hot. I love a HOT fudge sundae not a cold fudge sundae the taste is different.
