Just like to say the 2 employees only helping the drive thru really have an attitude. There is a new kid up front that ask for their help several times and they just refused to help him so we had to wait a very long time for a blizzard. You could tell the female had attitude and was well known for it according to some of the others customers. We were just passing through hoping to get a quick bite. I out the order in for the blizzard while we were eating probably 20 minutes later went to ask about it and it still wasn’t made he asked her about it and she just continued making others in the drive car after car and even when there wasn’t anyone else in the drive thru she just kept her head down and refused. The cook in the back asked them to help and they completely ignored him so he had to stop cooking to come help make a filled cone and the blizzard.

Wish taco bell and Mcdonalds were at least half as nice as these guys. Offered me a drink everytime I’m dying of thirst. All restraunts should do this dashers make the restraunts alot of money a little respect goes a long gg way they should treat dashers as Contracted employees because that makes us basically together however we are treated like homeless people and even they should have respect

i ordered a crispy chicken sandwich today and the meat was brown like they deep fried a beef patty.. my dad ordered chicken strips and his was the same… it wasn’t chicken i even posted the video on tiktok.. i will be posting pictures below.. don’t eat from here and the inside was dirty. i must add the cashier was very nice. and it was very smoky in the restaurant like dangerously smoky. chicken is not supposed to be brown like this.

We ordered two chickens strips baskets. Both had stale fries and had been sitting under the heat lamp awhile bc the boxes were almost falling apart from the moisture.The chicken was ok, but definitely not great. This is the second time I’ve been here in the last 4 months. The first time was just as bad. Thought I would give them a second chance. But definitely won’t be back now.

So decided to come in and dine with family members and we ordered our food to a cashier who barely spoke and we had to ask huh there or four times to understand. Then to go and use the restroom to wash my hands only to lather up with soap but water stop working which left my hands wet and soapy to only go and try to dry them and no paper towels. Makes you wonder what the employees do? Refused to eat meal which costed us 26.00 would rate the place lower if I could but this is a health hazard if I saw one. Customers beware. Corporate needs to come and retrain personnel or the owner of this franchise. OMG. Within a already touchy Covid time

Not good. Banana split had brown Bananas. Ice cream was weird. Not creamy like most are. Strangest ice cream over every gown at a dairy queen. And the corn dog was raw.

Horrible experience. We ordered 2 blizzards and a dipped cone. Both blizzards were watery and the ice cream was almost completely melted. Instead of the dipped cone we got a regular cone and an attitude from the girl that made it.

Me and my family are on a trip in Texas and met the sweetest and friendly manager and staff at this DQ. I definitely recommend this place. Thank you to Tory and her team.
