I asked the girl taking my order if this location had the same happy hour items as the other she said 2 for $5. Yes
She then charged me full price for the wraps and fries. When I asked about it she said oh it’s just the drinks I don’t know anything about the food.

The lady behind the counter was rubbing her nose then handling customers orders. She threw away a receipt then dug in the trash and again handled customers orders… both incidents she didn’t wash her hands before handling orders. Her coworkers weren’t any better. The lady in the kitchen threw my food on the counter… just horrible service and inappropriate handling of food and hygiene. I wonder if the cook staff washes their hands before handling food. My order wasn’t even right. I will never comeback.

Just ordered drive thru and ordered 2 jalitos, a burger, 3 tacos, and a blizzard, did not receive my jalitos and they didn’t ring up my blizzard as they handed out my food I asked about the blizzard and they said I did not order that. Service today was disappointing

We travel a lot and we look for places with clean bathrooms so we can repeat our stops on our way back home. This was NOT one of those repeat stops because the women’s bathroom smelled horrible!!!
I was happy when the water came out hot almost instantaneously but the smell was awful!!

Michelle was her name, she was very disrespectful, she was awful to her employees. I ordered a burger and it took 40 minutes to come out. I asked her to please give me a minute and she said we’re busy you need to hurry. The men’s bathroom had crap on the toilet and wasn’t clean at all.

My husband & I were passing through Paris.
As we saw a heavy rain storm approaching, we pulled in to avoid driving in the rain.
My husband always loved the DQ Dude & I love the tacos. Where we live we can’t get them.
We were greeted by a young lady at the register who had a pleasant attitude, and a bright smile.
She had great customer service skills.
As I listened to her greet other customers, it was the same great attitude.
As she was probably about 16-18 years old, this stood out to me.
If I was a business owner in Paris, I would be looking to hire her.
So to the manager, you have a great employee there. Make sure she knows she is valued before someone else comes along & hires her. Thank you!
Ps. The DQ Dude & Tacos did not disappoint.
Tasted just like when I was a teenager.

I have nothing to complain about! We got our food quick and it was hot. And there was a girl named Jamiah there that had such a welcoming smile and personality made it a 5 star review! Better give that girl a raise, kind workers are hard to come by! ❤️ We will be back!

Great tasting food with nice friendly atmosphere. For girl! I paid with cash and ask her if I could redo my order and pay with my credit card and without hesitation she went through all the trouble to delete my order and redo it just so I could pay with my credit card so I could get rewards.
