Jeremy IS AMAZING at this store!! Thank you for spending the night there overnight to have this location open today through the freezing storm. While almost all of Texas was closed, this DQ WAS NOT! My burger was the absolute BEST TODAY! You’ll be the Manager before you know it!

We stopped by our hometown Dairy Queen today for a hamburger, and I just have to say how wonderful the service was. Staci helped us, and she was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. She even apologized for a small wait, which wasn’t necessary but showed how much she cares. What really stood out was that she brought special little gifts for the kids with her own money. She gave my daughter a coloring book, which was so sweet and thoughtful. It’s employees like Staci who make you want to come back. Thank you Staci for making our visit extra special!

This dq was the best dairy queen i have ever been to! friendly staff and small town charm and good food to boot! Everything was hot and fresh no soggy food here. The reason I say this is the best dairy queen ever is #1 they have a pet play ground so you can eat outside with your fur babies while they run off steam from being cooped up in a car while traveling, it’s a good size enough room to run and completely safe for your fur babies too its completely fenced with a chain link gate. #2 you can feel the small town charm as soon as you pull up and notice the detail and love put into every single thing! I went around Christmas and they had the retro vibe hand painted windows for Christmas and they painted every single window not just one, they had Christmas trees to boot and they had stockings hanging on the wall for every employee that worked there, and they even had decorations on the bathroom door! They have kept the retro dq vibe alive and just put so much quality effort into making your experience a special one! Outstanding job guys and gals!

They messed our order up and, after waiting 30 minutes, still waiting for food, we asked for our money back. The young Hispanic girl with glasses and dark hair with the black shirt on refunded it minus the dinks with no apologyor customer recovery. When I explained that wasn’t good service and how we waited, she rudely rolled her eyes and said the employee said you ordered wrong. Unbelievable. So we left and will never be back. Or our family. It’s not because of the mess up. It’s because of the manage on duty.

Just went 30 minutes before closing amd they told us they couldn’t make food. Lazy people. I’d be scared for the food they actually do decide to serve when convienent for them! Won’t be back! There is McDonalds Taco Bell and plenty other options!!!

Made both blizzards poorly. Butterfinger blizzard barely had any butterfind in it. Ordered a royal ny cheesecake blizzard as well, had no filling in it. Both blizzards were not filled all the way with huge gaps at the bottom. We basically were given soft-serve ice cream. Disappointed.
