I Love this resaurant. Great portions and even better flavor. They also remember that i love their hot chillie sauce and are sure to include it without me asking for every doordash meal i order, (idk how they remember me) but i was lost when they shut down for 2 weeks. WELCOME BACK !!!!

I ordered General Tso and Orange chicken, and I was given two things of orange chicken. The only difference between the two was one had a few slices of orange peel on the top. Literally the same sauce and everything. Also the digital menu AND the menu in the restaurant do not match what they actually serve, so I was missing things that I “ordered.” This also means that the costs you see online and in person are wrong. The chicken dishes stated they came with pork fried rice and egg rolls, but instead I got the dishes, and a single container of white rice + 3 fortune cookies. The chicken bits are genuinely just gristle and tendons battered and fried. Yuck.

Passing through, driving from the UP and then Traverse City en route to Maryland. This was a very pleasant surprise. One never knows what a Chinese restaurant along the highway will be like. The hot and sour soup was spicy and the curried chicken was flavorful. If I get a chance, I’ll stop by again.

I prefer Thai food over Chinese food any day. Most Chinese restaurants use high amounts of MSG, while Thai has more clean ingredients with no MSG used. If you know you know…With that being said, since this area has no option for Thai, I will occasionally eat Chinese here and only here. The ingredients used are not saturated with MSG like most other Chinese restaurants I’ve eaten at in the past. The fact that I don’t get sick from the food here says a lot. I definitely recommend our little “Diamond In The Rough” Chinese restaurant. But see for yourself…I bet you’ll agree!

Best Chinese food we have had by far. AUTHENTIC!!! Doesn’t leave your stomach aching after eating like other Chinese food. Good quality and great flavor. Must try!
The special dinners for $12 come in large portions and are enough for one person to have leftovers.

Perfect textured rice with crisp vibrant vegetables, tender chicken, and pork.
I stopped by because it was convenient on our road trip, and my only regret is not ordering more.
I live far away, but if I ever go by here, I’m getting my fill.

ordered the veggie/mushroom egg fu yung with veggies fried rice…all 3 Pattie’s were burnt, smell and taste the overcooked eggs. I’m guessing because it was late and close to closing I had this experience. Rice was just ok.

I was pleasantly surprised but this little Chinese restaurant. Reasonably priced and pretty good food. Comes in to-go containers but you can eat inside if needed.
