I went to DQ on 6/16/23 to order a cake for Father’s day. When placing the order for the cake with the manager, I was told to come in on Sunday, pick out a cake, and they would wright what I asked them too on the cake at that time. So I come in Sunday and they are all sold out of cakes and the manager who took my order friday, didn’t actually take the order. The manager on Sunday said “Not sure why she would have told you that, but I can’t help you, sorry!” ♀️ Bad Management & Bad Service!!! (FREMONT LOCATION)

I primarily go here for the Marshmallow Sunday or in the summer Cottoncandy Blizzard. As soon as summer hits, I am seriously excited for the cottoncandy Blizzard, I’m almost as bad as a toddler wanting this and getting it as a treat. If I could, I would order this year round it’s so good.

It’s okay I don’t dislike their food or the place however, I feel that their hamburger isn’t as good as it used to be I think it used to be flame grilled and now it is cooked on a flattop… which is a bummer to me it had more flavor when it was cooked with that odd flame grill they had before. They do have good food I just think it used to be better but I could be wrong about this and these are all just assumptions and just my opinion that I am making. I do love a blizzard. The location is very nice usually quite a few people working too so service is pretty quick I go inside though and always do and I usually notice the drive thru is quite busy
