Got a Heath brownie cupfection tonight and the brownie was just sitting on top cold and hard. It’s usually nice and warm and soft. It’s not very good cold and hard so I brought it inside to ask about heating it up. They asked if I wanted it remade and I said sure. So after that they refused to remake it (even though they offered) and they also refused to heat up the brownie. Said it’s never come with a warm brownie. It most def has! It’s my favorite treat so I know it comes with a warm brownie. They told me I must’ve never been to their location before so then I wanted a refund and told them they could keep their ice cream at that point and it took three or four different people coming up and telling me that I couldn’t have a warm brownie before they finally gave me a refund. One of the girls was complaining about me in the back and didn’t realize she was standing within my view still. Honestly, I wasn’t even mean about it, but I did get aggravated after they offered to remake it and then refused and then refused to even just heat up the brownie. Who wants a cold hard brownie?

I’m not in St Robert too often so I’ve never been to this establishment until today. The staff was the most polite and courteous that I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing in a long while! The store was clean, the staff were clean and put together and the smiles coming from all of them! Can’t wait to visit again! Way to go guys!!!

This is the best DQ I’ve been to. The staff are all very nice and do a great job. The food was pretty good, but that blizzard was fantastic. The inside is very clean! They even have a party room if you need to have a birthday party. The outside patio area is very nice and very clean. I would come back here again and again. I would highly recommend this DQ

Service is quick but not super friendly. Ordered a royal strawberry cheesecake blizzard. And when I asked what I was given…told it’s what I ordered. They do NOT know how to make a royal cheesecake blizzard. They blended everything together like a regular blizzard and charge a different price. Someone needs to train them how to properly make these. I’ve had these at other DQ like the menu picture shows. Disappointed to state the least. You don’t get what you ordered. I could have complained and asked for a refund but I don’t think it would be worth the effort. Won’t be back.

I ordered an ice cream sheet cake on May 22 to pick up after 6:00 PM on May 25. The cake was to be the original Dairy Queen ice cream cake with extra fudge and blue writing “Happy 90th Birthday Dad”. The cake that I got was chocolate, trimmed in white with cookie pieces; no fudge or very little. My father doesn’t even like chocolate ice cream so I was very disappointed with the cake.

The “manager” who worked today 08/16/2025 around 3pm a tan fellow portly and gray hair was expecting me to donate after my purchase and because I told him I didn’t want to donate he then told me if I need money that badly he can give me a $1 insinuating my finances aren’t in check or that he’s trying to call me poor.
I walked out cause he was rude and I’m not sure how he is the manager but like some reviews said the workers don’t seem to care and if they are learning from this manger then it makes a lot of sense. I ended up walking away and I really wanted some DQ too but not at the expense of being mistreated and insulted. Hope this location does better and they either retrain that manager or replace him.

Made an order through their app and it was very easy to use. The food came out to me in a reasonable amount of time. The fries were hot and the blizzards were perfect.
