Sadly we had a very negative experience at this Dairy Queen. We ordered two mini blizzards, one of them a mini blizzard with chocolate ice cream, Oreo, and cookie dough. Instead, we got a blizzard with vanilla ice cream and Reece’s. Thankfully, my brother who has a deathly peanut allergy (and received that blizzard) was suspicious and had me taste the blizzard first. The other blizzard was a medium, not a mini as was ordered. We went back through and asked for a refund, and they only refunded us $3.10, which is less than a mini costs.

Went to this DQ August 30th at 4:00 pm, went through the drive-thru,there were 4 of us in the car. We all wanted blizzards, the worker there said just a minute, went on to wait 5 minutes or more with no check back. Looked like they were to busy chatting up the teens ahead of us through the drive-thru window. We left empty handed, may never come back.

Friday before the 4th of July so busy with a longer wait because they forgot my order. Very chaotic staff, no food safety practices (hands not washed, no gloves, one guy (asst mgr?) kept running his hands through his hair,…) this place needs a new owner. Pre-pandemic this was a pretty good place but seems it never recovered and is going downhill.

Drive through, 7:30 pm Sunday. Sign on drive through mic says ” closed due to lack of staff” but there were 2 cars at the pick up window being served. I drove away. This is not the first time this has happened. Seems to be more of a case of unsupervised kids wanting to leave early.

Tables were dirty. The men’s bathroom was out of paper towels and soap. I told the employee working the counter that it was out. I was at the restaurant for 30 mins and they did not do anything about the problem.

Was very delightful and the ladies were great fast and good service. We were glad it was open had to get a cone then decided to get meals as well not bad if a wait. Very friendly good prices and great customer service. Thank you for The great food and dessert.
