Cheeseburger was gross and tasted like a reheated gas station burger. Fries were hot but mushy, like they either sat in the warmer for some time or they tried to reheat them by plopping them back into the fryer before serving.

Ordered ahead on mobile almost 10 times now and not a single time did they even start my order. Even when there is nobody in the store. I end up ordering my food 15m ahead of time and sitting In the store for another 5-10m waiting
I frequently don’t receive my spoons or straws with my order.

I have had great experiences most times I’ve stopped here (1-4 times a week for a shake). Sometimes the service is spotty, with a bunch of teenagers running it. Today was the first time in a while I was disappointed with my food. I mean, it’s a pretty pathetic looking shake . Not full to the suggested top even. This is how it was handed to me, I haven’t even drank it or let it melt.

Went in to try out the large Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard Treat!
I loved it, the texture is amazing in the ice cream, and the inner core is exactly what you’d expect , full of strawberry goodness and you betcha , actual fresh cut strawberry chunks!

I ordered a misty slush and the worker Sam filled it to the very top and made sure I was satisfied with my order. I would stop at the Shakopee DQ over any other DQs that are nearby

I went today and it was real bad. I went in just for a blizzard and The girl with long brown hair in a ponytail glasses wearing a hat took my order. She was rude though out the whole thing. She didn’t really say much to me and she was scoffing when I said stuff. Plus when I eventually got my blizzard it barely had anything in it. The worker was just super rude throughout the whole thing.

This location used to absolutely be one of the best and most consistent DQ’s I frequented. The Blizzard treats were always made with the right amount of ingredients and mixed really well as they are supposed to be. The last half dozen visits have left me wondering what has changed at this location as now the Blizzard’s are consistently lacking ingredients and aren’t mixed well. It just shouldn’t be hard to follow DQ’s guidelines to a great product but it sure seems to be a struggle at this location now. You can see in the attached picture the strawberry cheesecake Blizzard isn’t very strawberry. It was more of a vanilla cheesecake Blizzard.

My wife and I have ordered Blizzards at this location twice over the last month. During the first visit, one item in our order was a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough blizzard – this blizzard came with no cookie dough in it. (something we didn’t notice until we got home, as we went through the drive-thru) Assuming that was just an honest mistake, we gave this location another try about three weeks later – this time ordering one of the featured Superman Cake Batter Cookie Dough blizzards. Unfortunately, this blizzard AGAIN had zero cookie dough chunks in it.
Making a mistake once would be understandable, but twice in a row (weeks apart) doesn’t seem like a coincidence. And if this is due to missing ingredients, (again… it would be wild if a location were out of cookie dough for weeks at a time) they should be communicating that and not allowing people to order what isn’t actually available. This is completely unacceptable, and Dairy Queen corporate should be made aware of this. We’ll be going to the Savage location (which actually DOES put cookie dough chunks in their cookie dough blizzards – we just tried it last week) from now on.
