I waited 37 minutes in line to get told on the drive thru we are closed. There was other car behind me. However the 7 cars before me got helped with the car in front of me placing their order at 912 pm. If the drive thru closes at 9 why take 7 cars ahead of me and cut me and 1 other car off. Also I called left a message on the machine requesting a call back. Guess what been weeks still no call

Girls are always so nice & quick. if there’s any delay or something wrong they’re kind and explain to me like another human being. i know they’re limited on what they can do because they don’t participate in the app or served upside down & they’re only ice cream, but not at all the employees faults. it’s small town mount pleasant so it’s understandable. ice cream is always delicious and cold, wish they still had waffle cones !

I first was in the drive through but sat forever so I parked got out to order in person. I soon realized the problem for the long line. They had plenty of workers but not enough trying to work. There was a lot standing around chatting then moving like it was a super slow day when it wasn’t. Several seemed to be new because they were holding up ice cream cones and discussing it. I ordered a med twist cone which took forever but it was still faster than the drive through. When I left the four cars that were in front of me when I was in line were still in the drive through lane.

Tuesday at about 5pm repeated my order many times at drive-up a lot of laughing going on inside. Finally thought I made it clear what I wanted. Finally made it to the window where I paid and they closed the tinted non see through window and the laughing and screaming went on for awhile before being served cold very very chocolate milk. I had asked for a very lite on the chocolate shake. I guess that was to much to ask for, but they were sure having a good time. I through the shake out, and am now afraid to go back there, don’t trust on what might be in it! Not mad just disappointed.

Great place to go hang out in a car waiting in the drive thru lane…..that is if you even have a car. It would be awesome if the walk up window for service was ever open. Today, Friday 5/2, walked there to get ice cream at 7:15 and the whole place is shut down. A fantastic business model! No indication on their FB page or website that the establishment isn’t operational either. Phone doesn’t ever seem to get answered either……

They got rid of the walk up window, and when we were waiting in the drive through they shut the light off on the menu so we couldn’t read it. Then they said they were closed. They still took our order, but they wouldn’t make the item we wanted. Cashier was kinda ditzy, and when we asked about the flavors of a drink she got confused. She just kept repeating what sizes they carried. I can’t even.

We all got ice cream cones and their ice cream is delicious. The staff was very friendly. Service was very fast didn’t have to wait long.
