Great after a hot day at the park! My caramel malt was mixed perfectly and everyone else liked their ice cream as well. Just had to eat it in the car since the lobby wasn’t open (in spite of google saying dine-in is available).

We went here this afternoon while on vacation. Unfortunately, this was the worst blizzard I think I’ve had from any DQ location. I ordered a blizzard, extra Oreo w/sprinkles and I think I had 3-4 Oreos with a teaspoon of sprinkles at the top. I ate the top half, and below that there was only vanilla ice cream with bits of things I mixed in while trying to find the rest of what I ordered. I’m disappointed.

Got pretty sick from eating here . Would be scared to come back. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, possibly it was the honey mustard sauce that was bad . I still got sick. FAIL.

We stopped here a few days ago and I refused my receipt but should have got it. Our service was fantastic! These girls are very friendly and polite! We got burgers, fish, pretzels, cheese curds, onion rings, fries, and drinks. (I manage a fast food restaurant, it was a big order.) EVERYTHING was hot and fresh! We received our order with very little wait. Wish I’d have took the receipt to give cudos to these girls by name. thanks ladies!

Updating this establishments rating from 2 stars to 3 stars based upon the improvement of a more timely service. The quality of food has not been my concern, and ratings are based solely upon the wait time of placing my order to the time of receiving my order, also included in this rating is nothing any errors made with my order. The amount of summer time customers increases dramatically, the wait times obviously increase, so I do not count these particular longer wait times against them, I base my experience only upon what I consider to be an average amount of customer volume specifically in regards to the time of day.

Not good at all. We went with a group and waited in lines forever. Food was incorrect and so so at best. You don’t get a receipt so not sure what you actually paid for until after ice cream items are handed out and food is brought to the table. Stuff getting mixed up all over the place. Out of items. Waited 25 min for my food and fries were stone cold. No way I was gonna wait again to get new ones. Most in our group were very unhappy. Save yourself time and money, go elsewhere. We plan to next year.

I had a bad experience. Me and my partner went to this establishment located in rose city mi and ordered 1 chocolate milk shake and one vanilla milk shake. My partner has peanut allergy’s and guess what he finds floating in his suppose to be only vanilla ice cream milk shake peanuts. Not just one but 5 pieces. That just grosses me out cause this proves they are not cleaning the machines after every use. I called there and told them. I didnt get a offer to come get something else or a offer for some coupons nothing!! I’ll never go there again. I’m extremely disgusted and disappointed.

Line was incredible long which is expected because of the covid 19. Even with understanding things are going to be slower it seemed like their was not a rush to the service. My food was okay. Being able to see in the drive through window it seemed like their was a lot of standing around and waiting.i will try eating here again soon and see if i can get a better experience to update my review.
