We went specifically for the chicken meals and milkshakes. They were sold out of chicken. My son was very disappointed. I ordered a chocolate shake and the soft pretzels for him as consolation and to hold him until we could get to another fast food restaurant so he could get an actual meal. The initial young lady that walked up to the register never spoke to us. I think she may have been clocking out for break or something (she was doing something with the register, but didn’t acknowledge us). The next young lady finally asked for our order, but didn’t apologize for the wait (she was there while the other young lady did whatever with the register). She was friendly though. I was gracious with the number of stars I gave because sometimes people and places have bad days and I don’t want to rip a place apart unless they are just plain awful.

The birthday cake was beautiful who ever did the decoration yesterday did a great job. It wasn’t on time I had to wait for it to be finished so it melted shortly after.

Delicious frozen treats. Staff is friendly. Wanted to add to my review because I was so happy that Dairy Queen staff came through today with a birthday cake. I thought I ordered it and this is not their fault but the website to order DQ cakes is not the greatest so when I got to submit page I did not realize I had another step as I was on a page that looked like a confirmation page for the order and since it said pay at pickup I thought I was done. Granted there is a disclaimer at the top and I should have verified in my email but it was crunch time for the party and there was lot on my plate so I missed this step. Anyway, since I did not actually order the cake the staff did fit it in the day and we were able to have the cake in time for the party anyway The cake came out absolutely perfect and was delightful to eat. Very happy customer and I really appreciated that this was done for us today so thank you

I gave a 3 because I love Dairy Queen but the customer service I experience today was distasteful. This Caucasian woman very heavy set with bad acne was very short tempered & aggressive when taking my order & gave me a dirty top for one of my blizzards. I wish I would of got her name

Worst service ever. Waited 20min inside to get one ice cream. Meanwhile 50 cars went through the drive-thru during that time. Just close down the dining room then. Will only be going to Mitchells from now on.

I love to bring my daughter here. Everything is usually good. But the Blizzards… They need to stir them better, every time I get myself or my daughter one, all the filling sits on top. They are never done right. You get half way and it’s just plain Ice cream, nothing more. Please I take the time to spend my money here, please take the time to make our food correctly. Absolutely terrible every time I’ve attempted to go here. Tried to give them a chance, I’ve been here about 5 times to get a blizzard and thank the lord they didn’t hand it to me upside down because every time it was a milky drink handed to me in a bag don’t waste your time or your money at this DQ they have no idea what they are doing nor do They care to provide any type of quality, another large chain that has most all sense of service and quality go less than a 1/4 of a mile down the street to “East Coast Custard” for better prices better experience and almost definitely superior quality
