First of all, it was like 7:50 & the inside dining area was already closed. The website says 9:30. Then the person taking our order messed up so we had to pay again & pull forward to wait on one of our 6 piece tossed in BBQ meal to come out just for them both to be literally cold chicken & Fries and the “garlic toast” to look like this. And our S’mores blizzards half way melted? I mean the toast is not even cooked! An awful experience fr. Not to mention they forgot to give us napkins. So that also was annoying seeming how we got tenders that are tossed in sauce and ice cream blizzards all to go…so that calls for a few napkins after the other inconveniences for OVER $30.

Went here for the new blizzard, you know how your supposed to be able to turn it upside and it stays put? Yea this one was a complete mess! It was all the way melted you could put the spoon straight through to the bottom melted and mind you I tried eating it soon as I got out the drive thru so I could taste it and yea it was just terrible if somebody’s ordering your new item atlwast do it right it wasn’t even edible who wants to eat already melted ice cream?

Drive thru only thing open. Ordered 3 small chocolate ice cream chocolate dipped cones. Actually got 3 vanilla ice cream ones. Told cashier order was wrong & she was rude to us like it’s out fault, but have to say totally expecting the rude behavior from that generation. We drove away & began eating r fixed cones to find out the cones themselves were totally stale. Really?? Just sad.

I ordered my Blizzard through the drive-thru. First, I noticed the cup was damp, and when I looked at my hand, there was melted ice cream all over my fingers. I thought the person who made my Blizzard was just messy and dribbled ice cream down the sides of the cup while making my Blizzard. I placed the cup in my car’s cup holder while I drove home. During red light stops, I checked my Blizzard and noticed a pool of melted ice cream was forming in the cupholder. I wrapped napkins around the cup, but the melted ice cream pool got worse. When I arrived home, I examined the cup and discovered a puncture opening on the side of the cup, which appeared to have happened while the Blizzard was being made. The puncture was large enough that it couldn’t have been missed by the worker after making the Blizzard because ice cream was leaking from the punctured opening, and there was melted ice cream all on the outside of the cup, as I stated earlier, when the Blizzard was handed to me. I will admit the DQ must have been short staffed that day due to the long wait in the drive-thru line and how rushed the drive-thru window staffer’s voice sounded while taking my order. I don’t usually have an issue with ordering at this DQ, BUT after this experience, I think I need to refrain from going there for a long while.

had an online order and they got everything right except one. i don’t know what this even is because it doesn’t taste or look like anything on the menu. it was supposed to be choco brownie extreme but they added some peanut butter candy crunchy things to it. not very good staff either

So… I got to the drive thru at 9pm with others in front of me and when I got to the place to order my food they told me that they were sorry but they were closed… First, it was 9pm and according to their own business hours they were not supposed to be closed until 9:30… Secondly, I was not the only one who was in the drive thru… I was the last person in line!! I wait for what seemed like forever for others to order their stuff and when it becomes my turn to order they are all of a sudden closed?! That’s wrong on SO many levels!!! I wish i could have given a Zero star rating!!!!

We’ll stick to the dairy Queen in reynoldsburg. The ice cream and food has gone downhill. It didn’t even taste the same and they’ve changed the menu around so much, It’s confusing on what you order. It’s just not what it used to be… Went twice this week and was unhappy both times the hot dog was microwave. The chili tasted like it was 3 days old order the hamburger and they didn’t even have buns.

Messed up my order majorly. Went there with my dog and my mom to get ice cream, and only my mom (who didn’t really want ice cream ) was the only one that got ice cream. So, my dog had to go in the car thinking he was going to get something but instead came back home and whined at me and my mom for food.
