I just wanted to take time out to say thank you to the employees at Dairy Queen. Although , I only spoke to two of you; the friendliness & customer service that was provided to me was top notch. It was cool to see all of you vibing as coworkers; just working together & treating each other with respect. Looks like you guys are having fun at work! Not only giving me awesome customer service, but the other customers as well. The food was awesome too. Thank you again & I will be in here more often JUST because I was treated nicely & the food was AMAZING!!

Stopped by during a road trip. Staff was courteous and friendly, order was completed quickly and food was as expected. I was impressed with the young man working the counter. His name was not on the receipt or I would name him. Extremely polite and wished us a blessed day when we left. We come through a couple times a year and will continue to visit this DQ location. This transaction was on 5-6-23 at 1131am. Good job!

Your staff is lazy. Tried to go through the drive through and they said it was closed. Came inside and asked why it was closed and they said it was because they were short staffed and that they were catering to the car club. There was three employees standing around doing nothing and the eating area was empty. Asked for the owner information and the employee said he was asked not to give that information out. Service was horrible, food was horrible, and so was the atmosphere.

I got a chocolate milkshake today and it was barely any chocolate, it had some shading, and it smells horrible like rotten milk and tasted like something was spoiled ot expired. And last time I actually went in I had got the wrong thing but ate it anyway because I don’t like causing issues.

Just sent my husband to get me some lunch. I really wanted some chicken fingers from dairy Queen here in Ozark, because I’m doing a 15 hour shift. he gets here and the chicken fingers are hard as a rock and both of our fries are cold like they’ve been sitting forever. and then the onion rings for a super fried hard as well. He ordered a triple burger or something like that and they only gave him two patties even though he paid for three. Was kind of disappointed because it’s never been like this. I’m giving 4 stars tho . The gentleman at the window was patient, polite, and very helpful is what my husband said. Maybe we will have better luck next time.
