Everyone here is awesome! Management and staff seem to really care for their customers. Patient, friendly, and WAY fast! I went inside cause the line was fairly long for the drive thru but we and the line was serviced so fast it woulda been fine either ways. I loved DQ as a kid but other locations have been somewhat lackluster. But THIS DQ was the best ever! Chase and the others I interacted with were just fabulous. Charming, unique, a stand out among Dairy Queens!

Went here for lunch with a friend. It was the middle of the lunch hour so both inside and the drive thru were busy. We both got the 6-strip chicken basket with a drink and a French Silk Pie blizzard for myself. Instead of toast with the basket, biscuits were substituted which paired well with the white gravy dipping sauce. The chicken strips were quite good along with our side items. The blizzard was indeed smooth and rich in flavor. I was also quite impressed with the staff working through the lunch rush successfully. This DQ location right next to City Park Stadium has been around for years and still provides great food, service and atmosphere.

Ordered 4 medium blizzards, 3 were the new mocha mudslide and one was the Royal new York cheesecake. All 4 of my blizzards were only mixed on the top half of the ice cream. My Royal new York cheesecake had no cheesecake and a sliver of a strawberry. Usually never have as many problems with our ice creams from here but really disheartening to have all four treats half made.

I received a coupon book and wanted to use two of the coupons in the mail from this restaurant and decided to stop by for lunch. When it came time to pay, I handed them both coupons. The staff told me they could only honor one, which I understood — but I asked if they could ring up the food separately so I could use the second coupon on a separate order. They refused and said it was “one per day,” even though the coupon clearly said “one per person.”
As I was trying to explain this, some of the employees started laughing, which I felt was rude and unprofessional. I then asked for one of the coupons back so I could drive around and use it again, but they told me they wouldn’t serve me at all since I had already “done business” with them. At that point, I declined my order and went elsewhere.
It was disappointing because I wasn’t trying to take advantage of the offer — just follow what the coupon said. The way the situation was handled, and the lack of respect shown, really left a bad impression. Even management was rude to me and was said the same as the

Went through the drive-thru at this location at 9PM and ordered a chicken strip basket. The chicken tenders smell and tasted terrible, they tasted so burnt and had to spit it out, the ranch was thrown into the basket open and upside down, and to top this all off the “toast” was a stale and cold pancake… assuming that is from breakfast 12 HOURS ago?? The lady taking my order was very rude and I try not to complain when it comes to fast food but this was so upsetting… couldn’t eat any of my food and left hungry…

Honestly if I could give service 0 stars I would. Came here Thursday night, the lady at the drive thru was soooooo rude. She had a horrible attitude. My husband said he was ordering 4 things and after each thing he ordered, she kept saying “is that it”? She took the order wrong and gave us an extra thing we didn’t ask for and then didn’t understand that a refund needed to be processed. This girl had no idea what customer service is and the manager was right there not caring or doing anything about it. I’m definitely not going back if we’re gonna be treated this way. Is that it? Girl…ask for training. You really need it. My blizzard was good though. I asked for a ton of oreo and I got it.

Asked for a chicken biscuit dipped in gravy and this is what I got. As if a tablespoon of gravy is what I asked for. Chicken is dry, the hash browns are so greasy it slipped out of my hand and had no seasoning
